Lunch date with coworker. The restaurant was decently busy for a weekday. Coworker and I ordered lunch specials which came with a choice of either salad or soup, and shared a sushi dish. Food was very good. We did knock the roe of the sushi – did not dig the texture or taste, but the actual sushi roll was delish. I had leftovers to take home . Hadn’t been here since before covid and happy to report it is still a good choice. Good amount of seating. Parking can be a bit tricky at busy times.

Absolutely loved this Japanese sushi and soup restaurant! The sushi was fresh, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. Their miso soup was warm, comforting, and perfectly seasoned. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even better. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic Japanese cuisine!

Absolutely exquisite, intimate, quickly turn around service, beautiful presentation of the food. I went for a sweet intimate lunch date during the day, it is a small space with a bistro dining section on one side and a full service bar on the other. Between the decor, furniture and lighting, I forgot it was day time! I was enchanted with the delectable drink choices and impressed with the fair prices for everything. Great lunch specials! The coco Mai drink was my absolute favorite! Excellent Shrimp tempura and Miso Soup! Great free parking on site, out door seating available when the weather permits. Can’t wait to go back already!

next: the staff. the people here are courteous, kind, funny, and personable. They are there at a moments notice to provide you with what you need, whether that’s a fork because you’re terrible with chopsticks, or extra spicy mayo.
and last: the aesthetic. this place is beautifully decorated and curated for the perfect experience. It is gorgeous with its decorations, the way the space is utilized, and its ambiance.
I would highly recommend this place to everyone, and I bring all of my friends and family here. And we all leave with the same thought: wow.

Avoid this place. Rude, Forgetful, Noisy, Poor service. In fact not even bothered for ur satisfaction. The tables are like chess boards and u really don’t even have space to walk.. food for other tables are being carried over ur head. Space & Furniture is so limited that they won’t join another table for u also in case u r 4 or above and u have to really keep juggling with plates to accommodate the incoming dishes. Food is also odd and with clueless taste. No courtesy of enquiring about the quality and taste of the dishes as well. Worst is the Waiters are argumentative and non accommodating. The name sounds like Japanese but I think the team is Chinese. POOR CHOICE. And it’s NOT CHEAP at all…

This place sucks. It took them 40 minutes to tell us we still have to wait for our simple order to arrive I ordered salmon family roll and sushi dinner deluxe. I tried to tell them I just want check and leave. We took it to go, upon arrival home and attempted to eat it – salmon on my rolls was smoked not raw. Unacceptable for a local Scarsdale sushi place.

Staff made a price adjustment on my order to include their own tip without consent, even though I had fully planned to tip with cash for delivery. Made it seem like it was for an extra accommodation to justify the added charge. When I called to asked by they added an extra charge, the manager was so rude and yelling at me saying he added his own tip because I hadn’t added one ahead of time. so unbelievable do not order from here, never again will i order from this business

Very good customer service. Great tasting food. Nice ambience. Very family oriented and still perfect for a date night. Entrees are very filling. Drinks taste good. Very wide selection of sushi and appetizers. My personal preference of wishing there was a wider variety for the chef rolls as most were same items in different order.
