My mom saw that they offered AYCE at this location. Choice A, B, or C. We went with A which was about $33 per person. Sauce bar and dessert bar were an extra $4 each if you wanted that. The options weren’t a lot for A. Meat quality was ok. Not much to choose from from the veggies and appetizers options. They could add a few more items like mushrooms, spam, fish balls at least. Other than that, the service was good. We went for lunch and not many people there so we didn’t have to wait for a seat. It was Duan Wu Jie today so they gave us a special dessert. Small packaged snacks are free. Entrance is located inside the mall and the mall is practically dead. Lots of parking spaces available.

Went to this place Saturday December 21st, very clean and nice staff, unfortunately food was mediocre woth not too many options yet fresh. Too pricey with small portions when ordered.
Better to do the lunch special so come before 5pm or prices are normal for dinner. I liked the dancing and noodle guy, they were the entertainment.

My first time at this Haidilao location. It was one of the best hotpot experience I’ve had. They have kids zone with board games and trendy lightings for photo ops. It’s super nice. I went alone and ordered Set A AYCE (cheapest set around $33, really worth it). It includes unlimited soup base, veggies and meat for 1:30 hours. I also ordered A5 wagyu which was super tender, and a plate of spicy claw fish. I briefly mentioned to the server my birthday is coming up and they made a surprise birthday for me, which was super sweet! I saw another table booked for a birthday party too and they will decorate your table with some props. The servers are very nice, never pushy like other places. It lives the name of Asia’s best service hotpot.

For $32.99, this deal is unbeatable, not only was it quality cuts of meat, but the service was fast too unlike most AYCE places.
I highly recommend trying their Spicy Beef Tallow soup base, with the perfect amount if spice and numbing.
Our server Lillian always made sure that we were taken care of. There wasn’t a single instance where my cup wasnt filled and table was full of trash. Lillian always checked in on us every other 10 minutes to make sure we were doing good. She truly made out experince much more magical.
