Finally! A Mexican restaurant that uses conscious ingredients that don’t wreck your body but still taste great. They’re using sustainable non gmo/organic ingredients, grass fed beef, free range chicken, and wild caught seafood. I had a fish taco, shrimp taco, and grass fed beef taco and all were delish!

Had the Cousteau fish taco and a shrimp taco. Unfortunately the fish taco didn’t have much flavor. Shrimp on the other hand had a nice flavorful sauce and were cooked perfectly.

I had the pleasure of attending my niece’s softball fundraiser at this charming mom and pop shop, and I must say, their community spirit is truly heartwarming. It’s wonderful to see a small business giving back by donating a portion of their sales. As a long-term resident of Encinitas, it’s surprising that I had never visited this place in the past 25 years. What a mistake that was! The taco salad I tried was an absolute delight – organic, healthy, and incredibly satisfying. Every bite left me feeling amazing. Their selection of vegan and vegetarian options is great too! If you’re searching for delicious, real food, this place is an absolute gem! You won’t be disappointed!

Great little healthy taco spot! We got the vegan nachos and the veggie bowl, and we didn’t realize the bowl had garlic in it (which my boyfriend is mildly allergic to!) – the crew was super helpful and made us another order of nachos to make up for the difficulty. My only rec for this place would be to include all ingredients (especially allergens and sensitive foods) on the menu listings. But the people are awesome and the nachos were killer. Great music too! Loved our experience here.
