We were passing through town and stopped here for dinner. The food was very tasty. We both ordered the Surf and Turf with scallops, sweet potatoes fries, and house salads. The salads were very good and loaded with good add ins like bacon, egg, tomato, etc. The steak was cooked perfectly as were the grilled scallops. We also ordered the fried pickles as an appetizer which were top notch (from a big fried pickle fan). The service was also very friendly and attentive. I also appreciated the pacing of the meal. The appetizer came out quickly, the salad followed after sufficient time to eat the appetizer, and the meal came out after sufficient time to finish the salad. I always appreciate a well paced meal. If you’re passing through, would highly recommend for a great meal with great service.

My husband and I stopped in coming from Northern Virginia to Myrtle Beach home. Lena was our waitress and she was about and beyond friendly and attentive. The place had a great Friday night going. Food was superb.. We had our pup waiting out in the car and she gave us water to take to him along with lots of extra leftovers.

I saw the sign on the interstate coming up from South Carolina and on a whim I decided to stop. My server, Tammi, was great. The food was really good too. I got the grilled chicken breast with a loaded potato and toast. Everything was delicious and the price was extremely reasonable. Next time I come through I’ll be back!

Most likely the best restaurant in town. Relaxing atmosphere. Steak cooked exactly right. Onion rings were very average & a tad soggy. Scallops & shrimp excellent. Surf and turf is your best deal all around. Steaks are pricey but that’s just the price they command in town. Key Lime Pie was superb. Wait staff and hostess all very friendly and attentive. Recommended but steaks are very expensive.

Local and lovely!! We enjoyed Haggerty’s Steak House very much! A little rustic but friendly from the first smiling hostess to our exit which was greeted with “have a great night!”
My only complaint would be the salty lobster bisque. It was very flavorful, but sadly the lobster was on vacation.

First time here, as we were in town for the night. Hubs had sweet baby rays wings and a chicken sandwich. I had a skewer of shrimp and a skewer of scallops with steamed veggies and Texas toast. He then had chocolate lasagna and I had sweet potato maple cheesecake. YUM! It was all delicious, the atmosphere is great and the service, superb! The owner came by and introduced us to the “soon to be” owner and we had a nice chat. I hope this place continues with much success!

Stopped on the way home from Maryland and wanted a home-cooked meal. I don’t do fast food. I found this restaurant on Google. All the staff were very warm and pleasant. My salmon was tasty, and I loved the broccoli medley–seasoned well and not mushy or salty. I had the carrot cake and it too was delicious. We travel through this area often and will definitely stop in again.

We stopped here on the way through to Florida and really enjoyed our experience. There was a wait and the owner/manager lit the outside fire pit for us so we didn’t have to stand in the crowded bar. All of the servers were very nice and efficient. The rib eye steak dinner was delicious. Just a very nice, well run local establishment!
