This Korean restaurant is very clean and spacious with a great interior design that gives off a comfortable vibe. I finally got to try it, and I really enjoyed the experience. The complimentary fried fish appetizer was a highlight — it reminded me of the one from BCD, but much bigger and fried perfectly. We tried several different soups, and they were all solid. The fried cuttlefish was also tasty. Another plus is that the restaurant is BYOB. Parking is limited in the front lot, but you can probably find space at the nearby ShopRite parking lot. Overall, a nice and decent spot for Korean food.

I love that the place is big, quiet, and has parking. The food is great for groups as the menu items for shareables can be a lot. We came twice so far and can’t wait to go back. I liked their gamjatang and it wasn’t overly too spicy for me.

Last night I went to Haejang 2 with seven friends, and we had such a genuinely great meal. From the moment we walked in, the place felt warm and welcoming—and I really appreciated how clean and well-kept everything was.
We ordered a bunch of dishes to share, including the dakgalbi (spicy grilled chicken) with cheese on top, bossam (steamed pork belly), grilled mackerel, and fried calamari. Honestly, every single dish was delicious. The dakgalbi was spicy in the best way with that cheesy finish, the bossam was tender and satisfying, and the grilled mackerel and calamari were both cooked perfectly. It was the kind of meal where everyone at the table keeps saying, “wow, this is so good.”
We left full, happy, and already talking about what we want to order next time. If you’re looking for a spot with great food, a comfortable atmosphere, and a clean dining room, I’d absolutely recommend Haejang 2.

A beautifully decorated new restaurant I recently discovered!
The yukhoe bibimbap and naengmyeon were absolutely delicious — I really enjoyed both.
The side dishes were a bit underwhelming, and parking is somewhat limited due to the location, but overall, I had a great experience.

Back again at Haejang 2! This time we tried the steamed skate (hong-eo jjim) and yukgaejang. If you love skate, this is such great value for the price — plenty for two people to share! The yukgaejang was also packed with ingredients. Definitely recommend!

So glad we came here for lunch. We ordered the skate Hongeo-Jjim, Naengmyeon With Raw Fish, Naengmyeon With Raw Fish and a side dish of bulgogi. Flaky skate meat steamed to perfection, naengmyeon is prepared with the right spice level and bulgogi is flavorful. You gotta dip the skate in their specially prepared chilli soy sauce, soooo delicious!
