Hacienda was giving out a free wet burrito for veterans on Veterans Day. I decided to dine in so I could enjoy some of their delicious chips and salsa.
They have the super crispy, light, flaky, thin chips, and insanely delicious spicy green salsa that you can use in lieu of salsa Verde on top of the wet burrito to make it more like an enchilada.
I chose the shredded beef and asked them to add jalapeños, onions, and bell peppers to the inside of it
I dumped the spicy green salsa on top of it like chili Verde sauce, and this is the closest thing to a green chili beef enchilada I have been able to find since I left Arizona!

Horrible service. Disgusting food. The ground hamburger is worse than taco bell. Over priced they nickel and dime you to death. Was charged .80 cents twice for 2 cups of sour cream we never received. So we had them take that off our bill. Was charged for a extra cup of queso cheese because the waitress spilled the original all over the food while delivering it. Why are you charging us extra when it’s your fault the original was messed up by your staff lol? My mom took one bite of the chimichanga and spit it out. They said they would take her meal off the bill and never did. So we had to get that fixed as well. We will never be back.

The food was good and the service was good. But, when I received the bill it was not itemized. Food was not itemized, drinks or taxes. No way to know that we were charged for what we ordered and most of all NO TAX shown. Very clever, I tip on tax. I did deduct for tax and tipped what I thought the bill might have been without tax. I will never do this again. I will ask for itemized bill.

We just went to eat there and sat for 25 minutes while FIVE different waitresses and manager kept staring at us. If I could give 0 stars I would, what did it is the redheaded waitress came to the table in front of us to ask if they needed anything else and then walked right past us back to the kiosk, I’ve waitresses for years and I’ve bartended, and i get being busy but it shouldn’t be acceptable for people to stare at you instead of offering you the chips and salsa they’re known for, or a simple drink.

Had a very nice dinner – very friendly service (Thanks John), The restaurant was clean and comfortable. There were very few people there on a Monday night – not a complaint, just an observation. My “small” burrito was tasty and filling, my companion’s chimicanga looked tasty too. The salsa was particularly good, not spicy, but had a good tomato taste.

We haven’t been to a Hacienda in years .I had the seafood wet Burrito. My husband had the beef wet Burrito. Both were really good ! The salsa was better than it used to be.It could be a little spicer for my taste. The chips were perfect ,warm and crisp .This location has Coke products ,which we love .Clean and an inviting atmosphere. We will visit more often because I love my seafood wet Burrito.

Wonderful experience. Hands down best ranch dip anywhere. Salsa and chips were delightful. The wet burrito was very good as well. Great service even though busy on mother’s Day.

We came in with a large group, and the service was extremely slow from start to finish. Our waitress was kind and did her best, but it was clear she was stretched thin. It took a long time to get drinks, and when we asked for extra chips, the manager seemed hesitant to bring them out — which felt unnecessary. The biggest issue was that one person in our group didn’t get their food until everyone else had already finished eating.
We understand large groups can be challenging, but the lack of organization and support from management really took away from the experience.
I should add that the restaurant was not busy at all, and another large group came in After us and received their food and left before us.
