Haciendas was an awesome experience from start to finish. The drinks were not only tasty but really aesthetically pleasing, and the food was delicious with generous portions. We were given complimentary chips and salsa to start, which was a nice touch. Service was fast, the food came out quickly, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food and a great vibe!

Great food! Great for any occasion! The only thing I would say needs a slight improvement, is that some of the staff need to be able to communicate a little better in English. I understand it’s a Mexican restaurant, and very authentic at that. But when I was trying to call them and ask a question over the phone, the guy was having a hard time understanding what I was asking.

We’ve lived in the area for a bit, and finally tried this place. Boy, have we been missing out on some very delicious food. It started with the flavorful salsa and complimentary chips. We then moved to the beef nachos to share, which were really filling. It didn’t stop when the rest of our plates showed up. Everything was delicious and flavorful. We are definitely coming back for more.

We’ve enjoyed every visit to Hacienda! Pro tip, while they’re busy many week nights, Sunday afternoons seem a little slower which means easier parking and a super relaxed atmosphere.
The quality of the food is superb, the menu selections are numerous – there’s something for everyone, even a picky 10 year old. The price is perfectly reasonable. Staff are friendly and helpful.
I’ve never had a dish I didn’t *love* and my husband feels the same.

BEST Mexican place in the area. Hacienda is SO VERY GOOD! Starts with chips and fresh salsa, which is absolutely delicious and goes from there. I have never ordered anything that wasn’t fantastic. Enchiladas Supreme, Barbacoa Tacos, Pork Plates, Burritos the hits never stop.
The interior recently underwent some renovations and the place looks great. Go here without hesitation, it’s LEGIT.

I walked into Hacienda having one of those days—the kind where you’re just going through the motions and hoping food fixes everything. Spoiler alert: it did. And then some.
First of all, the remodel??? Incredible. The place looks modern, clean, and stylish, while still holding onto those traditional touches that make you feel like you’ve somehow teleported straight to the beautiful country of Mexico. The atmosphere hits instantly. The vibes? Immaculate.
The staff were unbelievably kind, the music was on point, and the food came out sizzling like it was trying to wake up my soul. Every bite exploded with flavor. At one point I almost asked if I could sleep over because the place felt like home—and honestly, I would’ve folded the napkin into a pillow if they said yes.
Somewhere between the food, the energy, and the overall experience, I realized I had fully reset as a human being. I came in as one version of myself and left as a better one.
One day I hope to return for a tequila shot battle with the owners so I can personally congratulate them on how absolutely amazing they’ve done with this place. Hacienda, you crushed it.

A lovely Mexican restaurant on Binghamton’s South side. I came here twice in the last two weeks. The first time, it was good but the rice was a little mushy. I came back a week later with friends and ordered their birria tacos. They are delicious and I’d highly recommend them. I’d get this again. I also enjoyed the horchata.

We visited Hacienda on a weekday evening between 6 and 8pm, the establishment was not busy.
We arrived and were immediately greeted and sat. Service throughout the night was adequate, with moderate wait time between ordering and receiving our food which came as a bit of surprise considering how slow the restaurant was. Nonetheless wait times were not what I would consider extreme.
The food arrived hot and was incredibly tasty. If your jam in Mexican restaurants are ones that shoot for a more authentic experience, Hacienda will not disappoint.
Overall Hacienda was a good experience and we will be back for another go!

To be completely honest, the food wasn’t bad, but it also didn’t live up to the price we paid. When you spend that kind of money, you expect something that feels a little more special, a little more memorable. This wasn’t my first time eating there, and both times I walked out feeling exactly the same — not disappointed, just wishing it matched the price point a bit better.
The food itself is good, I want to make that clear. It’s just on the expensive side. I paid about $50 for two people, and I’ve had meals at that price that felt like a whole different level. So I can’t say I wouldn’t go back, but I also can’t confidently tell someone to rush out and go. It’s one of those places you just have to try for yourself and see if the price feels worth it to you.
