Only con was the music was too loud.
The salsa with the chips was fantastic. A bit of heat and a slight smokiness. Added a bit to my rice too. So good.
The mole looked good and I found the Emmoladas De Pollo on the menu. I didn’t want a mole plate and this was perfect. The mole was delicious and smothered the fully filled stuffed chicken in rolled tortilla (think enchiladas). And yes, the mole was delicious.
We had margaritas. Asked for no salt but came with coarse salted rim. Unfortunately, the salt infiltrated margarita. Didn’t love it. Without the salt it was fine.
Wish there was some craft beer. I could see my disc golf buddies stopping by one or two times a week for some tacos or burritos and craft beers. Also, not.
Over all, this is a great restaurant with great food and friendly service. We will be back.

Food was good and service was great. Location was sketchy, and parking lot definitely needs improvements. Michelada was okay, molcajete was very good, and bistec a la mexicana was okay as well. Beef taster kind of old to be honest.

Had the molcajete de carne and the mole oaxaqueño. The molcajete was amazing with great flavor in the sauce and worthy of returning just for this. The mole was good but nothing special. Chicken portion in mole was light. Overall good experience.

This is one of the best underground spots I’ve ever visited. The food is great and the prices are more than affordable. They have a live guitar player (Sunday’s.) The parking is not so good seeing the location is on a peninsula, but still doable. I would definitely visit again.

Take out order for dinner. Got a delicious wet burrito(burrito mojado) with red and green sauce , it’s saucy and spicy, a burrito chile verde, and hand made tortillas taco asada. My order came with 3 different salsa, that I don’t know the name, but they are all good. It’s my first time ordering here and definitely will try again.
Update 3/6/21. Ordering by phone the second time today. Asking for the same burrito mojado with half red sauce and half green sauce but they cannot do it because they are busy. Tonight is my second time requesting burrito chile colorado, but again, they don’t have it including along with the taco de barbacoa. I suggest an update of the menu on the website.

I dishes plates I love about this location are: fajitas muxtas, breaded shrimp , sope with azada, they salad my gosh are awesome, and the one driving crazy and never expected some huge torta like this was the Cuban torta, seriously if you are hungry this is the place and this the mane need for you cravings. “I just east a 1/4 of this torta was delicious but too big and so much for one person. And the price it’s worth and considered around the same price cheap and very affordable I recommend 200 % this restaurant. Drink are good prices too. Great place for you alone, with you friends or family !!!!

What an awesome place to grab to beer and a big platter of shrimp. Pictured is one of the Botano plates that feeds 4. The shrimp all were made in a different way and then presented as a platter with cucumber, pineapple, and some orange slices… Great on a hot day with friends

I’ve seen this place as I drove bu for years wife.and I decided to try , great choice for my dish, I ordered the Milanese plate ,.super tasty and fried properly , two big strips on a plate with beans and rice, wife ordered the Chile verde, was good, this place is also a seafood place, big menu, prices are good for food offered.
