We’ve been eating here for the last 9 years at least once a month, often once a week. We love Vicky (owner)and the food! The food is great when you get what you order. However, her male server has provided at least 5 incorrect orders for us now. The last time I went he made a mistake and I told Vicky, the owner. Vicky apologized after I waited over an hour to get my meal but you could tell he didn’t care that he made another mistake. Today he brought a chimichanga to my mom that wasn’t fried. I told him it didn’t look like the chimichanga was fried and he laughed and walked away. You can look at the picture and see that the burrito wasn’t fried, not a chimichanga. I always tip at least 20 percent but not this time, no tip. I told Vicky we wouldn’t go back again if he was our server and she shrugged. I hate to write this review but this is not improving.

I haven’t stayed to eat yet, but I’ve ordered take out 3 times since the end of May. Each order was DELICIOUS! I have bellied up to the bar to enjoy a margarita while I wait for an order. Not only is the food delicious, but the margaritas are divine! I’ve had great experiences with friendly staff each time I’ve gone to order/pick up a take away. The portions are LARGE, and they always include chips and salsa to enjoy! I highly recommend this business!

I took our entire family here for an early dinner. The food was very authentic, and the portions were very sufficient. The best part of all was our beautiful, efficient, attentive, gal that brought us out chips and delicious salsa and drinks. She was so efficient and helpful. She saw to all of our needs, and always with a beautiful smile. This is certainly a place we will return to to make more memories.

I discovered hacienda Jalisco because I was looking for a restaurant where I could meet friends between fort Collins and Denver. I’m so happy I found this place. It’s family run. The service is really outstanding and I believe the servers really care about the food and the work that they’re doing. I’ve had several dishes here. Most recently I had the veggie enchiladas and they were very good. I loved the chunks of cauliflower and the peppers in the enchiladas. The chips and salsa are always fresh and so is the guacamole. I love their covered patio. It’s a great place to have a margarita and catch up with friends. Go support this family run business!

Well I can’t rate much. I Gave a Togo order to the bar tender and then she disappeared. Food was served to everyone else at the bar 30 min later and when I asked about mine they could not find the order and weren’t concerned about it. This was our go to Mexican food for a long time. There is too much good good around here to waste time going back here

We were sat right away. Chips came quickly, but the amount of time it took for a server to greet us and take our drink order was ridiculous. Two obvious servers who were assigned to outside both made eye contact which seemed promising. Waited another 5-7 in addition to the already 10 minutes we waited and still, nothing. Mind you they each kept coming to tend to their tables, so its not as if they didnt have a chance to even just say “I’ll be with you shortly!”. I can be very patient and understanding but felt very purposely ignored and had to take the que to leave with my husband and two very hungry kids. Very disappointed.
