They made a mistake with my order, and when I went to ask them to redo it or give me a new one, I was yelled at for saying it was my fault. A Hispanic woman came out and screamed at me just because I pointed out the error. I’m never going back. It was disgusting, especially in front of my kids.

I eat here often. I usually go through the drive thru. Service is great and my food is always great. One time they forgot to put my egg roll in my bag, but I told the girl next time I was in there and she replaced it with no problem.

The food from Hachi is always cooked fresh and is very good. The reason for 4 stars and not five is due to the small amount of broccoli given and seems to be they make up for that with an overload of rice and though the rice is good there’s a limit to how much I want in my meal. Also,I would prefer an itemized receipt as I’m pretty sure I was charged the price of a meal for what should’ve been the price of a side order.

I’m giving this restaurant two stars because the waitress was very nice. However, the food doesn’t taste like Japanese food at all. Too much sauce in the food and vegetables are overcooked. I ate there again since the new owner but it’s the same quality and taste.

I’ve always enjoyed this place never really cared to check them on their prices, until today. Went thru the drive-thru ordered ice water and a steak and chicken plate on the menu board read $13.99 for it. The lady told me my total was $19 and change?? I gave her my card and it took a second to register and when it did I told her through the half open window I didn’t think it was the correct order. She ran my card for it and must’ve given me a refund. Without saying anything to me. Then proceeded to charge me $17 and change I questioned her again she turned away and wouldn’t make eye contact. But this time made sure to completely close the window after me trying to tell her one last time. Then was “on the phone” handing me my food while I hand my signed receipt to her. She rolls her eyes and closes the window yet again so I can’t speak to anyone.
I will add this is Great food. The customer service and overcharge I received today was TERRIBLE.
With all that being said just please double check them and question their charges bc the receipt had ZERO description it was a $15.78 charge and then taxes

I had my food door dashed to my home and they didn’t get my order right and then was rude to the dasher even with her willing to go back to get it, if that’s how they are with their service then I won’t eat there again
