Owner is so genuinely nice, Great food. best mac salad take I’ve had yet. big portions. so tasty , Their teriyaki chicken is Not the run of the mill standard teriyaki you get at some places. This time they got my order correctly which is a good thing. I finally got to try their spicy chicken. It was just okay. It was dark meat so it was tender but it lacks flavor and spiciness. The pork and smoke meat was good. The pork was probably my favorite. I only wish they gave me some sauce for the pork. It was kind of dry. But I do love the serving size!

My first time trying their food. If I had to rate their food, I would give them a 5 stars overall. But they got my order all wrong so I would have to lower their star rating to 4 stars. I had waited so long for my order that I decided to not have them correct the order.
I ordered spicy chicken and original smoke pork. The lady wrote down what I ordered on the box but what I got was very lightly spicy smoke pork I think. The spicy smoke pork was flavorful and salty. It was not spicy but more like a hint of spice. It was definitely much less spicy than mild.
My husband ordered the pig and spicy pork. The pig is exactly pulled pork. It was good and salty. Each meal came with a little container of sweetened soy sauce. It adds flavor to the plain rice. Their mac salad was just average.

Been wanting to try this place since they opened and it was delicious and flavorful. This is the only Hawaiian Style Smoke Meat food cart in Portland Metro Area that I know of. Kalua Pig was a little on the sweeter side which was different. Will definitely be back.

Today, there was a Hawaiian festival here at Aloha Food Carts. The event was lively with Hawaiian bands and raffles, and we were welcomed with leis at the entrance. The menu was limited to Happy Hour specials, and we enjoyed the Smoke Meat Chili and a large shave ice. There were also stalls selling snacks and T-shirts, creating a full Hawaiian atmosphere. We had a great time enjoying the food and live music! I wonder if this festival takes place every year around this season. We would love to come back and experience the Hawaiian vibe again!

This is the best Hawaiian food I have ever had. The meat is so tender and flavorful. While my mom and I was waiting for the food; the smells that were coming off the truck was making my mouth water badly lol when I got it I had to try it once I got into my mom’s truck. The food is hands down amazing and this guy knows what he’s doing. All the meats are good so you can’t go wrong with choosing one or getting a mixed plate with all 3 like I did. My favorite is the kalua pork, but all are so good. I will for sure be back and tell everyone about this food truck.

They were at Friday Night Bites in Hillsboro 5/16/25. Parking lot of the Collective Market and DAnu Wine Bar. Never really liked Hawaiian BBQ, macaroni salad always tasted the same but Habu Smoke Carts macaroni salad is the bomb!! Not to mention the pork and chicken with rice were plentiful and delicious !! Hope they become a Friday night staple here at the Bites Night!!

Highly recommend for really good smoked hawaiian style meat.
I’ve tried the smoked chicken, smoked pork, and guava smoked meat and I liked them all. The portion sizes are quite generous for the two meat plate.
The owner seems like a really chill guy, he does catering on the side when he isn’t serving up food at this location. The owner clearly cares about his customers, he recognized us on our second visit and asked us what we thought from the prior visit.

Dropped in on a weekend with friends and enjoed a celebratory vibe at these carts. We got a plate of spicy chicken and a plate of kalua to share. It was ono (delicious)!!!! Portions were generous too! Thanks Habu Smoke House!

We got a healthy portion of Kula pig, and original smoked meat with a side of rice and Mac salad. It tasted so amazing, I couldn’t decide which meat I liked the most. I usually prefer Kula pig at most restaurants. We came at the end of the evening and it wasn’t an issue. They had almost all of their selections available. They were so kind and thanked us for coming out. We will definitely be return customers. It was so yummm!
