We tried their brunch buffet today and the overall experience was really good. The menu had lots of things on it-baked delicacies, live pasta, pizza counter, salads, desserts, beverages. Overall this is a great place to try. Taste was good and service was on point.

My main complaint is about the poor quality of tea and coffee. In a brunch menu a good kadak chai and a good coffee is a given. They should put up a coffee machine with barista to serve good coffee and tea.

I visited Habitat Hub at the India Habitat Centre with fairly high expectations, given the reputation of the location and its positioning as an authentic, premium dining space. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not live up to those expectations and left me disappointed on several counts.

I ordered the roasted lamb, expecting a well-seasoned dish with a clear roasted texture and depth of flavour. However, what was served felt closer to a plainly boiled preparation rather than roasted. The lamb lacked the caramelisation, aroma, and richness typically associated with roasting. The texture was soft but uninspiring, and the flavour profile was extremely mild, almost flat, with no standout seasoning or finishing that could justify the description on the menu.
The vegetarian dish was equally underwhelming.

Under the label of a modern or experimental vegetarian preparation, it appeared to be a basic mix of vegetables simply topped with mayonnaise. There was little creativity or balance in the flavours, and the dish felt incomplete rather than thoughtfully composed. The use of mayonnaise seemed excessive and did not enhance the vegetables; instead, it overpowered them and left a heavy aftertaste. For a restaurant of this scale and location, one expects better technique and a clearer culinary vision.

Another concern was portion size. The servings were noticeably small, especially considering the pricing and the venue’s premium image. While fine dining often focuses on presentation and restraint, the portions here felt insufficient even by those standards. The value for money did not align with what was offered on the plate.

The ambience of India Habitat Centre is undeniably pleasant and carries a sense of cultural and intellectual richness. However, the food at Habitat Hub did not reflect the same level of care or excellence. When a restaurant operates in such a well-regarded and “authentic” space, expectations naturally rise not just for atmosphere, but for taste, execution, and consistency.

Service was polite, but it did not compensate for the shortcomings in the food. Overall, the experience felt more like style over substance. With better attention to flavour development, accurate menu descriptions, and more thoughtfully sized portions, this restaurant could potentially match the stature of its location.

At present, however, Habitat Hub did not meet the expectations associated with its setting or pricing. I hope the management takes feedback seriously and works toward improving the dining experience, as the venue itself certainly has the potential to offer much more.

Habitat Hub impresses with its wide-ranging menu, neat interiors, and calm ambience. It’s a great place for team meetings, casual discussions, or catching up with long-time friends. The space is clean and well-organized, with fast, courteous service to match.

Their menu features a mix of continental and Indian café-style options like:
• Pasta (white sauce, pesto)
• French fries
• Wraps & sandwiches
• Milkshakes, coolers & specialty coffees
• Desserts like brownies and cheesecake

The ambience is warm and relaxed, making it easy to spend long hours here. While the prices are slightly on the higher side, they feel justified given the overall quality, service, and comfort.

Highly recommended for those looking for a reliable, cozy spot to eat, work, or meet.

The habitat hub features a semi open and indoor seating area and serves an array of Indian fusion and continental food. Everything that I’ve samples from their menu so far has been great. Perfect for outside seated brunches on breezy and pleasant days. Service is prompt and efficient. It’s one of my go to places on weekends.

Tried the grilled chicken sandwich and also a bit of the chicken pot pie. The chicken slices were quite identical in terms of the cross sectional thickness, making the experiences across the different sandwich sections quite consistent. The only thing which could’ve been slightly better was the quality of bread and less blandness in the sandwich itself, maybe a bit of a quick marination of the slices and putting them on the grill could’ve helped. Just that one factor is the reason why I’ve deducted that star. The chicken itself was soft and quality of cheese was good as well. The tiny portion of coleslaw was a great touch as well. The chicken pot pie on the other hand was quite good actually, the savoriness absolutely won it and the combination of the veggies was also reasonably alright and they were all cooked to perfection as well. The chunks of chicken were of a constant size and were cooked well enough. The flaky pastry served was also quite an original and cool style of presentation. The pot pie in itself was surely a 4-starer in itself since it was a much better rounded experience. Overall it was a alright-good experience. The staff was very friendly and the service was of the typical quick diner-pace.

We went for brunch in the mid Feb. The ambience was good. The place was filled with families and the food had variety. Live pasta, pizza, dosa and eggs counter.

Would recommend this for brunch. Adult cost is around ₹995 and for kids it’s around ₹650.

Definitely one of the best breakfast places in delhi.

Such a peaceful vibe early morning here and the Turkish eggs were great too.
Kartik was very helpful with the service and they quickly re did the bacon to make them extra crispy.

Guess the day service is not great, hence the bad reviews but breakfast wise it’s a great spot
