Service is good, but they can never fill the medium fries properly. We also didn’t get the correct sauces we requested. I hope Chick-fil-a does something about this in the future. I haven’t reported this to the restaurant, but next time I dine in I may just do that.

This morning my son and I were coming back from an appointment and stopped for breakfast. A group of workers was outside working the cars and we met Jordan. He was so helpful and delightful. He absolutely made the difference for us, and is an asset to this location! Thankful he was put in our path this morning! Thank you Jordan.

On September 19th, I went to this Chick-fil-a location for dinner and ordered an original CFA sandwich and fries. I went through the drive-thru and then ate in my car in the parking lot. I had eaten about half my sandwich when I realized that the chicken was slimy, raw, and lukewarm. I almost threw up but I was so hungry that my stomach accepted it. I went inside and threw away the rest of my food. That was Saturday evening. On Sunday night going into Monday morning, I woke up and it felt like all the contents in my stomach had drained to my lower gut. I went into the bathroom and my lower gut was bloated. Over the coarse of about 4 hours, I went to the bathroom between 12-15 times and lost over a half a gallon of liquid. It all came out has brown water! I almost blacked out multiple times!!!! It has been about 3.5 weeks since it happened and I’m now just recovering from it. I ended up going to the Urgent Care. I’ve lost about 10 pounds.
I called and asked to speak with the General Manager or the Operator of the store and I gave my contact information to the supervisor/team leader. I was told that Jake or Jason (I do not remember his name) would reach out to me. I have not heard from anyone. I will never eat at Chick-fil-a again!!!

All good. Very enjoyable personalities. The young, tall, dark-complexioned gentleman gave me quite a good laugh this morning. Quality of food was great and the person who helped me figure out what we’re going to do about this appetite situation was pleasant. 10 stars out of 5.

I’ve come to this location a few times and consistently have issues with mobile orders, especially at breakfast. Even when there are only a couple of cars ahead of me, I’m often asked to park and wait, and my orders (usually simple biscuit sandwiches) come out delayed or incorrect.
Most recently, I ordered items separately to make something simple (bacon, egg, and cheese on yeast rolls). Instead, they gave me two egg and cheese biscuits and yeast rolls on the side — not what I ordered. It took a long time at the window, and I felt bad holding up the line.
I did contact Chick-fil-A about this before and they gave me rewards for the issue, which I appreciate, but honestly it’s frustrating — I don’t want rewards, I just want the order to be right the first time. The contact form online seems focused on giving rewards instead of actually letting customers provide detailed feedback. That’s why I’m posting here.
I’m not looking for a refund or anything free — I just wish there was an easy way to reach the GM or owner directly, because I would’ve shared this privately instead of posting publicly.

I had an issue the night before and stopped by again today, not really intending to say anything. I did mention it to him and he corrected the issue on the spot. I choose to come here and Haymarket because the staff are the best!! Very quick, kind, prompt!! Good job and happy to see my friend Linus working here, he fits right in!!!
