3.5 stars for food, not bad, not great, decent burger, but ya’ll gotta take it easy with the tips… went into a drive-through to get a burger and they are asking for a tip??? for what, what exactly am I adding a tip for? did they bring out to my car? did they do anything additional beyond what their job requires them to do??? like come on, oh and on top of it all, they handed me a burger and not 1 napkin, not even 1. Three times now, I’ve ordered a charburger and received a cheeseburger. I have a dairy allergy. Incredibly frustrating to drive 15 minutes to get there, sit in line for another 10+ minutes, confirm at the pickup window and on the receipt – charburger no cheese. Drive all the way back home, only to realize I can’t eat it after all that. 3 separate times now. I won’t be back. You’ve lost a loyal customer due to repeated incompetence and laziness.

The Habit offers a solid burger with quality ingredients. The fresh beef, pressed after being ordered, grilled onions, and thick creamy cheese stood out the most for me. I was drawn to their lemonades which were very good. Don’t forget to ask for the ranch for your fries. The atmosphere is fast casual and prices are similar to other local burger option. Their quality ingredients set the apart.

I’m going to start with the 1 and only con I found and that’s the fact that they automatically charge a tip without telling you!! They call it a service charge. It looks to be 10%. They don’t tell you or anything, in fact they actually ask you to tip like it’s not already apart of the charges. So I did because that’s who I am but I will not be back to this place because of their deception. Seems as though they can’t pay their employees enough so they are going to make their customers pay their employees more for them. I live near by and I would have been a frequent visitor because their food is good but I won’t be back due to their lack of transparency and their inability to pay their employees enough to not need this.
The pros… they have a drive through, ordering ahead is an option and their food is very good. So as long as you’re okay with being forced to tip weather you enjoyed the service or not then it would be a good spot to eat.

Went there for my first time today on my lunch break because it was right down the road and decided to give it a shot. I got the original charburger and it was very dry and had little flavor. The same goes for the fries.. they were cooked good but had no salt at all. I was disappointed. Very dry meal with no flavor

The burgers were absolutely delicious. They didn’t seem horribly priced the sandwich some however add on fries and a drink and suddenly they are way over priced. Definitely can’t afford to eat there often.

Wanted to try a new burger place and have passed this many times. Got the teriyaki burger and kids chicken bites. The burger was decent, nothing spectacular. The kids chicken bite’s were mostly heavy breading. We had very little chicken meat after picking a lot of breading off them. My grandson wasn’t too thrilled to say the least. What little actual meat that was there was ok. Not impressed by this place at all. The fries were nice, crunchy, fresh and hot. That’s all the extra breading in the picture on the plastic tray.
Comical that they would have a tip spot on there receipt when you have to walk up to order and pick your order up from the front counter when ready! Let’s get real…
