Charburger is solid, sirloin steak sandwich is delicious, fries and sweet potato fries are soggy. I received a text saying my to-go order is ready, but was told it wasn’t ready when I arrived and waited for 10 minutes for it. I liked the different types of chili available at the sauce bar.

Straight down the middle classic flavors, fresh ingredients,.. the fry sauce is unique. If you want jalapenos you’ll have to install them yourself. They have a nice little bar for adding your own condiments.

We always get the double Char Burgers and add cheese; the meal comes with fries and a drink. Their hamburgers are flavorful, you can taste the “char” and it’s extra good with cheese. Their fries are also quite good and their beverages are never watered down or flat. It’s an affordable place to eat, serving tasty food.

You know when you pay for a burger you would hope that the burger Patty is bigger than the bun well not in this case they couldn’t even overlap the patties. I go here because I know the food is going to be decent and the service is decent I can sit down and not have what you would have at a McDonald’s or a Burger King or some other fast food place. Food is decent overall it must have just been today where part of my burger was stuck to the grill.

Yesterday (November 15, 2024), me and my friend decided to grab a bite to eat at this burger place. I’m more of a chicken guy so I ordered the chicken bites and my friend ordered the cheeseburger combo. The chicken bite was not too expensive for the price. The chicken was pretty moist/juicy and the dip it came with was solid but not spicy at all even though I ordered the spicy pepper sauce.
For the burger combo meal, my friend always enjoyed his milk shake and was pretty much satisfied with his fries and cheeseburger. The portions look like there was plenty to fill you up too.
My only issue I had was that the floors was a bit slippery but that’s just naturally what happens when you just were outside in the rain so not the end of the world.
Overall, they made the food pretty quick which is always a plus. I recommend going here when you want something causal/fast to eat while in Covington.

It’s better than nothing. The patty is too soft, with barely any meat flavor, just fat. The bun is dry, and the vegetables taste like they were frozen since the ’60s. The tomatoes are pale and other vegetables as well. I’d rather go to places like Dick’s, Wendy’s, Five Guys, or Family Drive-In.
