I’ve always had positive experiences at this location, with good food and friendly service. Today was a little different—my garden salad ordered through the app was missing the avocado, and the wait time was longer than usual. I’m sure it was likely just a busy day or other factors. Wow. What happened to Habit? Haven’t been here in a few years. It used to be as good as in n out. Nope. This was disgusting. Cold and soggy burger, fries and a drink is $14?? The burger is at least 30% smaller than it used to be. This was Burger King quality at best. Never again. I’ll stick to in n out forever. Their food is always fresh- and much cheaper.

This Habit restaurant was a bit run down and not as clean as most of them. I don’t like the self order screens because they are slow and at times gets your order wrong and they don’t have options like replacing fresh onions for grilled. Employees often focus their attention on getting the food cooked and are not available for customer service.

I always get great burgers at Habit! The employees are friendly and efficient. The burgers are delicious . The fries and onion rings are good too. The prices may seem a bit more expensive than other burger restaurants,but you get a lot of food for the price.

I’m not sure why I keep giving habit grill a chance. I might be picky but I don’t like lettuce, tomato, pickle, onions on my burger. I just paid $8 for a char Burger with cheese. Ask them not to put any of those items on and they still did. What is wrong with opening your ears and listening to what the customer wants And actually giving them what they want. I won’t ever come back here. I can barely eat cuz I can’t afford to so when I spend $8 on a burger and then I have to throw all the stuff off it that I don’t want. There’s no cheese left. There’s barely any mayonnaise and the burger tastes like crap. And for the amount of time that I waited in that line they should have got my order right?
