Arrived and ordered food at opening at 10:30 am and the floors are filthy and every table has food residue and food crumbs on them. Why is your restaurant so filthy first thing in the morning.

Gave it 4 stars based on the friendliness and attentiveness of the cashier, which I definitely appreciated. The price wasn’t too bad, but still a little on the more expensive side. $10 for a double char w/ garlic herb fries upgrade.
Took about 20 minutes to receive our 2 burger and 1 garlic and herb fry order.
Flavor wise it lacked bite. Didn’t have a charred flavor to it. Also the lettuce didn’t seem crispy and fresh. I like the cheese on my burger to be freshly melted dripping down the sides, but the cheese on this burger wasn’t melted much unfortunately.
The garlic herb fries were’t too bad, probably could use a little more garlic. The regular fries were good though. Portion wise, the double char was decent size, regular fries were great size overflowing, garlic herb fries had less. May or may not try another habit burger, as I like a more flavorful burger. However in the future, I could possibly stop in and give another menu item a shot.

Went through the drive thru and took over 20 minutes due to them having to make more fries. One of my items was missing, so I went back through the drive thru. Still took another 20 minutes. We only got 2 burgers and 2 fries- not a huge order that should have taken that long. Staff at the window was polite but wait time was ridiculous.

Very good hamburgers if you order their salads, they don’t really chop up their salads a lot. they’re really really big pieces. Just be careful.

My teenager son wanted to try this place out . We went through drive through which took at least 30 minutes. I was surprised that my total was 20 something for a spicy chicken sandwich with fries and a drink. I don’t know if what I paid for was worth it. My son’s opinion was that it was alright. He said he probably wouldn’t be asking me to take him here. But he did like the coleslaw that they put on the sandwich.

Just ordered, one meal was missing when we went through the drive through. When we went inside to inform them I was completely ignored. Also when I got home I noticed we were cut short on a double patty meal. We feel ripped off.

Great place to stop and eat, wether you’re in the area shopping or just passing through. Excellent customer service and great food. Depending on the weather, there is a nice outdoor area to eat as well.
