I’ve always loved The Habit Burger, and their Brimhall location continues to deliver with friendly, fast, and courteous staff who make the experience that much better. One of the biggest highlights for me has been their Impossible Burger — a fantastic option for anyone avoiding meat. Recently, I tried their new veggie burger replacement, and … it was just as satisfying. It was grilled perfectly, holds together well, and the texture and seasoning make it a worthy replacement to the original Impossible patty.
That said, ordering it through The Habit’s app is a whole different story. Trying to substitute a veggie patty for a regular one feels like solving a puzzle. The app isn’t intuitive, and I found myself going in circles trying to make a simple swap that never happened which made my outing 20 minutes longer than it had to be. Then they didnt answer their phone, so now I have to go inside, wait in line then. Finally, order It’s disappointing because more people might opt for the veggie burger if the process were easier. Hopefully, they update the app soon to make veggie patties substitution possible..get it…?
Despite that— the food is always fresh, and the team is genuinely welcoming. If you’re into meatless options, the new veggie burger is definitely worth a try — just maybe order in person instead of through the app as you have no choice anyway.

The staff is very polite and friendly at this location. The food was all made correctly and didn’t take that long considering it was very busy due to my son’s school fundraiser event was there. It was clean and stocked well. I had their garlic roasted Brussels sprouts and they were good! Not to mention it’s one of the only places who has a teriyaki burger in town!

It’s too bad. The Habit has pretty good burgers – always did. But when Yum! Brands bought it, like they did with KFC, Taco Bell, and Pizza Hut, and they now nickel and dime you now for condiments such as a tiny cup of ranch. In N Out, privately owned by the way, doesn’t ever charge you for their “spread.” That’s the problem with publicly traded companies taking over ownership of previously good restaurants.

3-9-18 first time coming here since it was built, right on the corner with a large seating area with fountain is cool. Inside was nice and new and clean with plenty of seating. Got a Santa Barbara burger to go without tomatoes or pickles and ranch on the side. Took about 10 minutes or so and then went home. I’ve had an ok amount of these before but today they forgot the avacado so minus 1 star for this location. Anyway burger was still super good and I will always recommend the ranch.

The good, the bad and the ugly. First off, the good. They brought back the tropical tea. Great move! Food quality is good also. Staff is friendly. The bad? Tables are continually filthy. Even asking for one to be wiped down didn’t help. The ugly? The floors were greasy and dirty when we were there. If these things get better, I will come back and bump up to 5 stars.

Great fresh ingredients and service at decent prices. The Brunch burger isn’t just good; it’s amazing. Similar concept to the breakfast burger at Carl’s Jr. but way way better. Better meats, a real egg over easy rather than scrambled liquid egg, and a much better bun. Me and the guys at work have each been eating a few a week. The southwest breakfast sandwich is good but not as filling as the burger.

My family loves coming to this location because the staff and service is fantastic! The managers are super kind and it’s such a warm environment. Really nice location with an outdoor eating area and a water fountain. Good food and good value but it’s really the people that make this place special. We’ll continue to be regular returning customers.

Cashier misunderstood I’m assuming as I asked for the new avocado wedges and she instead just added avocado to my veggie burger. Not a big deal was just bummed I didn’t get to try them as reason I came there. Oh course I could of just gotten an order but it wasn’t a biggie it could be that I just didn’t explain well ♡ overall we will always continue to go there we love there food!
