I went with my father to order the $5.99 special that is advertised outside of the Habit. This picture is clearly of a cheeseburger . When we got to the window, we were asked if we would like cheese with that, and we asked the employee if it came with cheese, considering the photo is clearly a burger with cheese. We were told no, and that cheese would be an additional charge.
I am dissaponited because this is false advertisement. If I see a picture of a pizza with mushrooms on top for $10, then I will naturally assume that the pizza is a mushroom pizza.
If this burger special is a burger sans the cheese, then the picture should be of just the burger without cheese.
I am writing this because we felt duped and a bit cheated.
The Habit, either change the picture that is advertised or put a disclaimer that this special is not a cheeseburger!
Please consider what I have said.
FYI, I did contact corporate, but I never heard back from anyone. This is not great customer service. Questions and concerns should be tackled head-on and not ignored!​​ I have attached a photo of said burger advertised.

A couple of weeks ago we ordered a family meal, but because I mixed up the pickup time, I showed up over an hour late. The staff double-checked my order and noticed the food had been sitting there too long. Instead of just giving it to me, they offered to remake everything fresh — and they didn’t even charge me again. Such kindness really made my day!

This is the only fast food place in Visalia where the employees are legit friendly and welcoming. Every other place I walk into it feels like I pissed everyone off for being hungry. On top of an excellent vibe and culture, the food is always prepared great. It’s nice to eat a hamburger that doesn’t look like it was stepped on.

Will slather your food in whatever you ask them not too. Don’t like onions? Have extra! Ask for no tomatoes? Don’t worry you’ll get them anyway! Then they take away you ability to call the store by replacing ALL phone support with a virtual assistant!

Not great. I’m not a local, but this was as disappointing as the hype around Whataburger. Burger was barely warm, super average. Fries were cooked properly, but cold. Oddly, the pickles might’ve been the best part. They were really good. But the meat was just not great.

Friendly staff but I have a feeling our food was ready much earlier than notified. Not sure I like the phone thing for kiosk orders.

It was a really nice place overall, but the customer service was horrible. I guess for the night shift there were two of us in line, and they were just ignoring the customer in front of me. The poor old man was trying to order, and the ladies there just looked and laughed like he was a joke. Then, when I tried to order food, I wasn’t able to even pick what I wanted. Very high prices for bad service, I guess. Everyone was rushed only one worker doing both jobs poor girl get more workers plz hope if I ever go back it’s better sorry habit on the real

We came through last week and the wait was ridiculous. After 20 minutes in line, we reached the window, paid, and were then asked to pull forward. It took another 20 minutes to receive our food. As an apology, we were given five free burger coupons.

We returned tonight to use those coupons, only to be told they did not work. We were informed that “corporate was rejecting them,” even though a manager can easily override the system and give us the burgers for free. Instead of honoring the coupons they gave us, they offered only 50% off.

Giving customers free coupons for a mistake and then refusing to honor them is unacceptable. Because of this experience, we will not be returning.

I had chicken club my husband had the Charbroiled double Char burger and we split the tempura green beans and a shake. The good was great the staff was friendly and helpful.

The quality has really gone down, and I’ve also been served cold food on multiple ocassions. Staff is VERY unattentive. Used to be pretty good. I won’t be going back.

I was completely disappointed with my order. I expected to receive what I paid extra for, but instead, I received something completely different. I’m dissatisfied and wouldn’t recommend the habit to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else.
