This has been my go to spot for years. I come here at least once a week. Always surprisingly fast for the amount of people here. Double char is always reliable, and sometimes I get the triple char when I am extra hungry after a long day. Seating isn’t always available, but people cycle out pretty quickly.

I ordered the Santa Barbara Char and the Onion rings and it all tasted amazing. The cashier was incredibly nice and the service was quick. The portion size is perfect and the prices are very reasonable. This is a great burger place! 5/5 Stars.

This has the absolute worst burger patty out of all the habit locations I’ve been to. I don’t know where they source their beef from but it’s the absolute worst pre-frozen patty I’ve ever had. There are no word to describe it. I live in Southern California and have been to multiple locations and I was truly surprised that the location near the university was this bad. I wore them no points if I could, and may God have mercy on this location.

Food is always hot and fresh. Employees are awesome really polite and helpful. It’s a great lunch place ..it’s inconvenient they don’t have Restrooms as you need to figure out how to wash your hands but overall it’s a great bite

Paid an extra $3 for each impossible patty on my burgers, they came undercooked and soggy. It was so bad I took them off and ate the bun and fillings without them. They were not only overpriced but gross.
If you aren’t able to prepare them properly, just take them off the menu. It’s so much better for your business and the customers to not have a veg option than to have a bad one. You’d think that knowing how to cook a burger patty wouldn’t be too much to ask a burger joint but I guess the Habit doesn’t.

Well-trained staff? Ordered double char burger online but received a completely wrong one. It’s a waste of money also wait time. Guess what? This restaurant doesn’t care about customers. SOrry, NO next time…

I would advise to double check your bags or orders before leaving just in case due to the fact I went in today and ordered in person for to go. Unfortunately I was charged for fries that I never got because they didn’t pack the order completely or double check before handing it off &’ when I noticed there was no fries in my bag i wasnt near habit anymore.

Keep in mind that I am an In N Out type of person. With that said, The habit is absolutely a great alternative!!! Good burger places with competitive prices are few, this place is no exception.
The female at the register taking my order was kind and always had a smile. She is perfect for working the business front.
The combo meal was awesome!!! I ate it during my time of starvation and it was exactly what l needed. Every bite was amazing.
Bonus: there are cute little black birds that are looking for food in the outdoor dining area.
This place really deserves a 4 star average rating imo, but I suppose other people had really bad experiences here…not me 🙂
