There are two burger joints that are considered Californian by design. One is In-N-Out, the other is the Habit. Between the two, The Habit is my go to burger spot to eat at, bar none. I love the taste of the char burger. The tempura green beans are on point. I get plenty of pepperoncinis to start off with. Oh! And at least two of their homemade ranch. It’s some of the best around.
It makes a satisfying meal, whether you wish to sit down or take it on the go. Never doubt the Habit, I prefer them much better than the ‘other’ brand.

Well, when I received my burger, there wasn’t a whole patty??? Wierd! Among other things, I just wasn’t thrilled. I didn’t enjoy this place. The taste of the food doesn’t correlate with the advertisement. It wasn’t what I expected. Sorry.
The price was a little bit high, but overall, it’s the food that makes the difference.

We ordered four burgers and four sides for delivery. Literally, all eight items were wrong. They did not pay attention to any requests we made (no mayo, no tomato, etc). They also messed up our orders of fries, sweet potato fries, and onion rings. I don’t complain, but to mess up all of our stuff cost me a lot of money for something we couldn’t eat. What I should do is drive over there and complain, but that would negate the reason I ordered delivery in the first place. Absolute lack of care, attention to detail, and customer service.

Today 10/20 between 12 and 12:30 went into habit to enjoy some lunch with my wife. When I asked for 2 ranche dressing. The rude girl at the counter jump up with a nasty attitude and said we charge. Like if I wasn’t going to pay for it. I just didn’t too wash my hands again after I had all ready handled money. But I went back to my car got cash. When I came back to the same women. I asked her can u charge me for those 2 ranch in which I handed a 20 dollar bill in her hand and she responded. I’ll charge u over here and I said no because there was already a group of 6 ppl at the cashier dealing with their bill. So I didn’t want to interfere. So she came back out the 2 ranch dressing down and the change to the 20 dollar bill in the counter and just turn around. I understand your job can be stressful and annoying. But if u don’t like ur job or the people then maybe the restaurant business is not for her.

A great burger place, this is the only burger place to me that makes a lettuce wrapped burger presentable. I get lettuces wrapped burger elsewhere and it’s usually done horribly or falls apart after the first bite. I place my order through their app since the website wasn’t loading properly after I put in the zip code. I got the Double Double Charburger with chesse combo. I like that when you do it through the app, you can ask for extra tomatoes. But you can’t asked for light ice on the drink. My time was estimated to be ready for pickup in 10 minutes after they just open. When I got there, the parking lot had many open spots. I walked in and told them my name for my order but it wasn’t ready at the time I was given so they asked that I wait outside and they’ll call out my name when my order is ready. They have a speaker set up next to the door so they’ll announce your name. It took about 5-6 minutes after my pickup time for my food to be ready. My drink wasn’t filled all the way to the top (darn covid so they fill it up for you) and they only give me 2 packets of ketchup.

Noticed my burger tasted bad, and only until halfway through I decided to check my burger and notice my beef patties weren’t even cooked! Plus my fries were super soggy. Not going back and hope I don’t get sick, very upset.
