So over priced. Habit used to be one of my favorite fast food burgers. Those days are long gone. Son had the chicken club and the chicken was so thin you really shouldn’t call it a chicken sandwich. Burgers were just ok. Husband’s burger was dry and bland. Don’t think we will be back

I agree with the rest of the reviews they do forget to give you everything that you order. The cashier was not friendly did not smile or looked like she wanted to be there. The food was delicious.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was upsetting enough that I feel people should be warned.
We walked in at 10:20 PM planning to dine in. The lobby did not close until 11:00 PM, meaning they were still open for another 40 minutes. Despite this, it was immediately clear that our presence was not welcome. The lobby was already mostly cleaned as if they were closed, and the cashier was visibly irritated that we came in at that time. She was extremely rude, gave us unwelcoming facial expressions, and made us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers.
While waiting for our food, the situation somehow got worse. One of the employees dumped a bucket of mopping water directly across the floor in front of the entrance and did not mop it up right away. We were forced to walk through puddled, soaking-wet floors just to leave. This is a serious safety hazard, especially since people were still actively coming in and out of the restaurant.
To top it all off, after receiving such poor service, we still made the effort to say “have a good night” as we were leaving. Not a single employee responded. No acknowledgment. No smile. No basic courtesy whatsoever.
Customer service was nonexistent from start to finish. If employees are unwilling to serve guests during posted business hours, that is a management issue that needs to be addressed. I would strongly recommend that this location either retrain their staff on basic customer service and safety standards or replace them altogether. This was an incredibly uncomfortable and disappointing experience.

We come here for the family meal deal. It’s reasonably priced and pleasant usually. This time, I had a few interactions with staff and they literally didn’t say one word to me. (Asking for water cups, gummy burger for kids meal). It was like I wasn’t even worth their time. It doesn’t haven’t to be impersonal just because we put our order in on the kiosk.

Great food and very friendly staff but every single time I have gone to this Habit location they have gotten my order wrong without fail. ALWAYS check your order before you leave this location. It is often basic things too like forgetting the BBQ sauce on a BBQ bacon burger.

The dine-in lounge is advertised as being open until 11:00 PM. We arrived before 10:20 PM expecting to sit down and eat. However, when we walked in, all the tables were already cleaned, chairs were pushed in, and an employee was actively mopping the floor, which immediately made us feel unwelcome. When we went to order and asked a simple question about the menu, the employee appeared visibly annoyed by our presence and gave us an attitude during the interaction. We stated that we wanted to dine in, but were told that only take-out was available, despite the lounge still being open.

From the moment we entered until we left, we felt unwelcome and rushed out.I strongly recommend that employees receive better training in customer service. I have had The Habit Burger before when it was in Orange County. Looks like The Habit Burger has made it to North County!
I will say I enjoy the ambiance of this restaurant location.
We ordered at the kiosk, easy to do. Had a Garlic Cooked Cauliflower, tasted fresh but got soggy quickly. Enjoyed a lettuce-wrapped Tenderloin Steakhouse burger. The French fries tasted great, I didn’t need to use the ketchup!

Highly recommend. Delicous food, and doesn’t taste or make me feel like I’m eating fast food. Way better than McDonald’s Burger King, Carl’s Jr, Jack n box. Also the service at this location is top notch.

On the way home from a soccer game and stopped by with 3 hungry teen boys with my wife and I, and what a treat. The double chars, bbq chicken sandwich and steak burger with fries, onion rings, and fried green beans were a delight. Plus a coffee shake, oh yeah! Fast and pleasant service!
