The food was fine, but the payment process is an absolute joke. That digital tip screen has to go. Tipping at a fast-food counter is nonsense. I take my own order, fill my own drink, and pick up my own food. The Company should be embarrassed for relying on a digital guilt-trip instead of simply raising their hourly rates. It’s not my job to make up for your low wages. Be the solution, not the solution, not the problem. be choosing places that respect my wallet and their employees more.

This Rowland Heights location is on a corner near the La Puente Mall area towards the back area. The staff was so welcoming and attentive once we entered. I had some questions about using my vouchers and when there were issues with the vouchers, the manager was awesome when assisting her employee. We ordered a cheeseburger, chicken sandwiches, fries and drinks. Everything tasted great and we really like the hibiscus drink. The place was clean and the outdoor patio had just been watered down, probably because it was towards the evening. The staff at this location continuously interacted with their patrons from initially greeting to assisting them with anything they needed.

Really like how juicy and not very greasy it is. They also do salads and grilled sandwich, as well as lots of sides. Service is good, efficient. I would come again.

It was a great 1st time experience for me and my family. I redeemed my free Chicken Char-grilled avocado sandwich when I made a purchase! I’m hooked… food was fresh at the time of order, very reasonable, and the staff was friendly, at least the location I visited. It was a pleasant dining experience (the onion rings) are in a class by themselves, and I will definitely go back!

Hubby ordered from The Habit Burger Grill yesterday, it was very delicious. He ordered Kids Chicken Bites, Club Sandwich, Onion rings, Burger and Sweet Potato Fries. My Club Sandwich was very filling and the tomato, lettuce tasred very fresh . Our son enjoyed his kid bites. Hubby enjoyed his onion rings,felt it could have been much more and a bigger burger. We would definitely order again.
