I’ve ate here at least four times in the last month because I have the coupon on the back of the receipt for buy one get one free whopper.
If the whopper sandwich is done correctly and it’s fresh and hot, I believe it’s one of the best in the market .
At this location, it always seems that the online orders get priority over walk-in
I’m pretty sure they keep their restrooms locked not sure why
The food is always about the same goes from Good to OK you have to to eat it pretty quick if you want a hot sandwich
The people are overwhelmed and overworked and underpaid. The gal that was running the expedite window was also ringing up orders and she was holding it together extremely well I was impressed.
She was maintaining a personality with people when she was ringing them up, even though there was 10 people angrily staring at her, waiting to order
I wish I could get better cause I know the food coming out of Burger King is very very good if it’s hot and fresh and done correctly no steamer for my whopper, please

I eat here all time. I usually get fresh food. Today I got 2 of the sponge Bob burgers. The service was great but they gave me old whoppers. The buns were dried out and the meat looked like it had been seating on the warmer for hours. I have never stopped eating or thrown food away from here but to day is the line. The food today was gross garbage. Always ask for fresh at this location because the one day you forget. Also they dont take multiple card payment any more. Took it every time befor today. Service and people are great. Food was trash.

Last month and a half or so, I’ve made orders for pickup scheduled with 30+ minutes ahead of time of pickup on Monday as a start to my week. This is the only time I order fast foods. I have a set schedule for breaks which is why I would schedule them for pickups.
The last couple times I’ve been to this location, I’ve had to wait 10 minutes or so before anyone acknowledges I’m there just to grab a pickup order. 1st, I understand being busy in the morning to not get to me immediately so I’m not upset by that, but I’m literally just doing a pick up and 2nd, which goes with the first problem, is why do you guys have an “online order” pickup shelf at the counter if you never use it?! I always have to ask for the order when I’d much rather not have to bother anyone to pick up an order and could just take it off the shelf if it was ever used.
So, come to today. I schedule an order for 8:55am pickup at 8:13am. Get to the restaurant on break, walk in at 9, and proceed to wait for 15-20 minutes before anyone asks me if I need anything as I wait at the counter. Say I have a pickup that was scheduled for 8:55, cashier checks the computer, and the order has either 1, not been processed as needing to be started or 2, has already been cleared as completed and given out to I don’t know who. I didn’t have any more time to spare and just told them to forget about it. I didn’t have any more time I could wait as I had to be back at work.
I only have so much time on breaks and I try my best to make sure there’s plenty of time for staff to deal with my order.
Anyway, this is the last time and I won’t be coming back after this.

Just sat at the drive-up screen for about 10 minutes. They took the person in front of my cars order and then I just sat there. No please hang on one moment. Nothing. It’s called fast food for a reason not please wait while we take our sweet time to take your order food and then leave a person sitting there in their car without even a hello. So I left and came back home and made a PBJ sandwich instead. Waste of time. Won’t be going back again.

Probably the slowest drive thru in the County.
Often times I can be the only one and will still take 10 minutes.
Not uncommon to spend 15+ minutes in the drive thru.
Breakfast sandwiches are good and cheap, only reason I go there.

That girl working the front counter flat out, ignored me. I was trying to order some food because the drive-through line was long said excuse me several times and decided just to walk out go figure. Good help is hard to find.

This location has gotten really bad employees have zero hustle and an attitude i witnessed them turn an old lady away after her card declined while I was yelling ill pay for her food they gave me attitude and ignored me looked intentional at that point won’t spend my money here any longer

Just got a platter meal from you guys today, the food was alrighty but I was very unhappy to fine the end of one of you soda dispensers parts in my drink once I finished it and went to dump the ice in the sink. I don’t really understand home something like this happen but I’m wasn’t very please.
