This is the 3rd time I’ve gotten food poisoning from this location only. All the times it’s been with chicken. The first 2 times was with the chicken club sandwich and the 3rd time was with the crispy chicken sandwich. My family has also gotten food poisoning from their cheeseburgers. Their food is good and the workers are always kind but they need to clean more thoroughly. Won’t be going anymore.

Hadn’t been to the habit in a long time was just leaving the cemetery and decided to go and have something to eat the outside was really nice and clean pleasant to sit. I ordered a bacon Burger with cheese French fries and a drink and I also ordered a kid’s meal with the sweet potato fries only problem I had is that the kids burger meal didn’t have anything but cheese no tomato no lettuce or pickle nothing Something a little healthy for the kids

Arrived at 8:30pm on sunday 3-1-26. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order , one of the cooks walks over its now 8:42 and tells me they are closed. People are still going through the drive thru ordering as hes telling me this.

I have come here on several occasions, drive thru and sit down, and they have been great every time. From fixing a wrong order and refunding me my money to upgrading my drink free of charge while providing friendly service to the food being spot on every time, reflects the great customer service that keeps me coming back to this location with their walk up order window and nicely done outside patio. Thank you for a solid lunch, again 🙂

HORRRIBLE experience with the girl that supposedly helped me get my order . Attitude was very dismissive and unprofessional. I believe good customer service can make or break a dining experience, and in this case, it really did. Hopefully management sees this and works on improving the customer interaction side of things

It’s incredibly frustrating trying to figure out what to order here—there are no prices, no dish names, just pictures of food that all look the same. You’re basically forced to show up in person just to find out what they even serve. And after all that effort, the food isn’t even worth it. Disappointing experience all around.

The people who work here are rude. I asked for napkins and they handed me 1 flimsy napkin to wipe their dirty tables outside. Then shut their service door on me. I asked why she handed me only 1 napkin and said they only give 1 napkin per customer. Are you kidding me???? That’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. Habit Grille employees at Durfee in El Monte you need to do a better job.
