I like their burgers, better than most other fast foods, even In n out. Here you can see the meat, with in n out you have to search for it 🙂
The fries is hit and miss, miss mostly unless you’re there the day they change the oil. The fake inflation has made all big Corps to cut cost anyway they can.
So if you can get the burger from here and pick up the fries from in n out you’re good to go

The Habit in Northridge is a great place! The Chem-Dry Carpet Tech team was in the area cleaning customers’ homes, and on our way out we stopped by here. Amazing experience, very professional, clean, and great customer service. It’s also a perfect spot to sit down and even have small meetings. Definitely highly recommended!

I went to Habit Burger today, and I swear they put something magical in those sandwiches.
I took one bite and immediately understood why people risk being late to work just to stand in line here.
Their burgers taste like someone finally figured out the perfect ratio of meat, sauce, and ‘I’m definitely cheating on my diet.’
And the sandwiches?
Bro… those things are so good they should come with a warning label:
‘May cause sudden happiness and temporary loss of self-control.’
Habit Burger is the only place where I walk in saying,
‘I’ll just get something small,’
and walk out holding enough food to feed a family of four.
Honestly, if they ever open a support group for people addicted to their Charburger, I’ll be the first to sign up.

Came to this location for the first time yesterday evening with my family and child. I was confused about the closing time since online it said they closed at 11pm, but that was only the drive though. When we were about to enter at around 10:56 ish pm a gentleman at the door told me we wouldn’t be able to sit because the seating area was now closed. I told him that was fine and we understood we would only order, as we entered we asked if we could wash our hands…and he said that the bathroom was closed. I noticed the doors were wide open and it looked like they had just cleaned the restrooms. I told him we would only need to wash our hands quickly and not use the bathroom. He was persistent in telling us that he was being courteous enough by letting us order. I was shocked because I’ve never been treated this way at any habit locations. I usually frequent the porter ranch location since it’s in my neighborhood, and they have always been kind and serviceable even when showing up the last 10-15 minutes. I was so disappointed in our treatment I just left. I have been a fan of this food chain for so long I never thought something so small would upset me but it was wrong. Please better your service in this location, these things matter to public who is visiting and genuinely enjoy the food.

This place needs to work on better customer service. I just had an incident with a team member on the phone under the name Austin. I just had asked him if I can get my chicken well done under my Uber eats order since there is no option on the app and he proceeded to very rudely tell me I can’t change anything on your Uber order when all he had to do was just let the kitchen know to get my chicken well done. I wasn’t asking for anything complicated. He proceeds to tell me that there’s no manager in the restaurant, how unprofessional to not have a manager on duty I’m very upset with his attitude and did not know how to handle the situation as a customer

I stopped by this Habit location tonight to get my wife her club sandwich. I have never visited this Habit location before even though I come to Northridge a lot so tonight was finally the time to try it out. This is one of the rare Habit to have a drive thru so I took advantage of that and I thought I made a good choice because there was only 2 cars in front of me. But I got stuck there for like 15 minutes because the car in front of me added new orders at the window and also had some of his orders wrong. I always use the mobile order and do store pickup so I’ll likely stick to that moving forward. I got my wife her club sandwich and asked for bacon on the side along with no tomatoes. I also got her an order of French fries too. This drive thru only have 1 window where you pay and get your food. The brief interaction I had with the worker was great. My wife loved her food and they put the bacon in a side bag for me.

Just came here for a quick bite and am very disappointed. The staff was not welcoming or assertive in any way. The front counter lady ignored that our food was sitting there for well over t minutes uncovered. I had to get her attention and ask hey is that my good? Only then did she bag it up for me. I just feel that if you work in customer service you need to be assertive and fast paced or attempt too. I love Habit Grill In general but I won’t be returning to this location.

Their burgers are pretty good. It’s a nice substitute to In N Out and their onion rings are delicious! You order and then are given an electronic receiver that vibrates when your food is ready.

I think Reseda location makes the best burger!! Super fast i waited about 10 minutes for take out.Only one problem not enough parking. Super highly recomended

I’ve been eating here since I was a student at CSUN. The staff has always been very courteous, and the food has always been great. However, on my last visit I found a nice big fly inside my burger that ruined my meal (-2 Stars).
**REVISED** I added a couple of photos for reference but I guess they were removed (-1 Star). Im saddened by the fact that I cant even leave an honest review.
