Char Burger was great but drive thru service was slow. I waited for my order for more than 10 minutes and i was the only one the whole time ♂️. Totally not fast food.

I’ve been going to habit for years. Before Covid, they didn’t even prompt for tips at the registers. Now not only do they prompt you for a tip inside, but they have begun to prompt you in the drive through. What am I tipping for!? Pay your employees a living wage and stop expecting your customers to subsidize it. Every place that does this is not getting my business any more.

Got habit burger today got the #6 combo to go. It was a really good meal. The bread was nice and crispy the fries nice and crispy, sometimes that’s lost on the to-go orders, but not here which is really great. Everything was fresh enjoyed the avocado on the burger. Overall impressed with the meal, thanks.

Today, we checked out The Habit Burger Grill. I’ve been dying to try their burger, but some coworkers had mixed reviews, so I kept my expectations low.
To my surprise, the lunch combo for $10 was a steal! It came with a charburger, fries, and a drink. I added cheese and a side of onion rings.
The staff was super friendly, especially since it was my first time there. The soda fountain had no ice, which was a bummer because the tropical tea was hot-brewed.
But back to the food… the burger was fantastic! Perfectly cooked, well-seasoned, and not too salty. It had lettuce, tomato, grilled onion, pickles, and extra cheese. The onion rings were crispy, not greasy, and absolutely delicious. And while the fries looked overcooked, they were surprisingly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with just the right amount of salt.
Overall, I was super impressed. Despite my low expectations, I’m definitely recommending this place to anyone in the area. The food is fresh and the burgers are top-notch.
I’ll be back for those tempura green beans and a double bacon charburger for sure!

Tips From A Bellman
I have heard good things about the Habit Burger places , so I finally decided to give them a try on Sept 24 . I got the Teriyaki Char Burger , Half Onion Rings Half Fries , and a Drink . It came to $12.86 . I have to say , I am not impressed . I really liked the Onion Rings , but the Burger was a disappointment . Maybe next time I will try the Chicken Sandwich . I really don’t see what all the hype is about this place . The burger was kind of bland even with a pineapple and teriyaki on it .
The place was clean and the employees were nice . I did notice their drive thru was weird how it went around the bank . I dined in since it was my first time going to one of these . They also have an app which I did sign up for , but I don’t see me going here very often except maybe for the onion rings , they were really good and fresh . Nice place.It has great food for a fast food restaurant. We have been coming here for years and the food is always consistent.
The burgers are charbroiled and amazingly delicious ,it just melts in your mouth.. Burgers are fresh and not overly seasoned ,which I loved. Fries is ok , wish it had more flavor. Santa Barbara Char is my favorite, so yummy!
Plenty of seating for dining in and the bathrooms were extremely clean. You won’t be disappointed with this place. The service is not that great, especially management don’t appreciate loyal customers that have been coming to this location since the day one.
Overall delicious burgers, but the customer service not so attentive and welcoming.

20250529 First time to this location. Great crisp edge to our charburgers with white American cheese. Always a fave. Freshly made fries were also nice and warm and crispy. Plenty of shared parking.
