Jocelyn went above and beyond and I got a really good experience. It’s a bit expensive for a burger joint but it’s worth the price. The only downside about the place is the fact that it was a bit difficult to get to due to parking situation but outside of that, I got no complaints.

I will always eat my lunch on Saturdays, the cashier who took my order ignored me for a few minutes talking to the guy and when I finish the order, he just put it on the counter, I will not call him that he was ready, bad service when the manager is very good service that he provides today, I give him a zero customer service.

I may be breaking burger code, but The Habit Burger Grill is far above Five Guys and any other fast food burger places. I’ve had Culver’s, In-And-Out, as well as the usuals like McDonald’s, etc. This place blows them all away.
We were greeted upon entering, and the man was so nice and personable. We felt truly welcome. The prices are cheaper than Five Guys and even McDonald’s, for some menu items. The establishment was nearly spotless, which you don’t often see at fast food restaurants. There is plenty of seating, 3 computers to self-order, and 2 registers to order from a person. You can order on their app and they have it waiting for you on a rack. It was nice having drink options other than fountain soda. Different iced teas, as well as hibiscus and strawberry lemonades.
Everyone we spoke to was super nice and helpful. You don’t get that many places anymore.
I wish we lived closer, because we definitely would make this a habit, as the name suggests. We need a location in Annapolis! But we will definitely be back.

This restaurant was amazing, the food was absolutely delicious and came out in less than 10 minutes. Me and my friends were able to get togo boxes for the food we had. I also love how the staff take care of each other, the manager had brought a cake for one of the staff member’s birthday and everyone sung for him. 10/10 Experience

I initially thought Habit Burger was a restaurant but it has the atmosphere of a fast food chain. They had young people working behind the counter who were very friendly and professional.
The eatery was clean with clean bathrooms and the Burger and Fries were fresh, hot and tasty! The Lemonade is a must try and you can get free reflls. The street parking is scarce. There are other businesses in close proximity that compete for the spaces but there is a garage near by. Habit is also ADA Compliant and our differently abled Brothers and Sisters will have access to Habit and their restrooms.

I tried using a coupon at your store in College Park, MD. I used the self-service kiosk because there was no one at the register. When I went to go add something else in the cart, the pos system removed my coupon and I couldn’t scan it again. I spoke to one of the employees there and she was completely rude to me and told me you can’t use coupons at the self service and there is nothing she can do about it. I left

I was greeted by the manager, who was very nice. I ordered the double char with cheese and all toppings, also an order of fries. The total was around $10.35, in which each item is separately priced. I waited for around 5-10 minutes. I was shocked at how good the burger was! Juicy beef patty’s and loaded with toppings! I will definitely be back.
