I have to preface this review by saying I LOVE Habit Burger and I’ve left good reviews for other locations.
This location is super disappointing. The chicken sandwich was GROSS. The meat was burnt and dried out which usually means 1. It was time and temperature abused or 2. They really didn’t cook it properly. Either way, I didn’t eat it. The bread was also STALE! Considering this sandwich is $9.99… it should have been delicious.
My burger was also gross. The meat didn’t taste seasoned, the cheese wasn’t melted, and it was dry. I’ve never had such a terrible experience at any Habit Burger.
Service wise- the staff is rude, the manager was unnecessarily dramatic, and the food took well over 20 minutes.
The only plus is that it’s clean and that’s about it. Won’t ever go back here.
I tried to use the contact form to send a message through their website but you need the last four digits of your cc and I used Apple Pay and the card I have switched the digits for safety reasons for every new transaction. I prefer reaching out to HQ when I’m disappointed in a chain where I usually have a great experience.

This place is hugely underrated. The other day I got, Habit Burger & Grill, for lunch. I have driven past so many of these chains, and always wanted to stop. Every time I drove past one, they always looked so empty or to be closed. Thankfully I did stop this time! I was surprised by the quality of the food. I had ordered their, Double Char Burger w/ Cheese, Sweet Potato Fries, & a side of their Tempura Green Beans. It was so delicious. Everything tasted really fresh, and the manager who helped with my order was so kind and attentive. He should be a brand ambassador, you could tell he loved his job. I absolutely loved this place, and for everything to be done as well as it was, for ~$15 was a steal! Can’t wait to try this place again. I’d highly recommend, Habit Burger & Grill, to anyone looking for a great burger and is tired of the same old fast food burger chains!

From the hot pepper salad bar, to the tasty shakes and beverage options, this is not something you want to miss when you go to the US.
On another note, Honestly some of the best fries I have ever had, I don’t know how they are cooking those bad boys but the other burger places do not compare.
The other thing that was present at this location that may not be everywhere else was the politeness of the staff. Honestly the guy behind the counter was a really good person and a pleasure to communicate with, I believe he’s name was Patrick, thank you.
I didn’t give this a five star as it’s a fast food place so it’s never going to have really big atmosphere. But other than this strongly recommended.

We were staying with family who suggested we dine here for lunch. I’d never heard of Habit Burger, but this Santa Barbara-based chain has apparently extended its reach through the East and West coasts. When I asked about the quality of chow, my family described it as “very decent fast food”.
Color me intrigued.
The menu plays to its strengths, so there’s little besides burgers. But don’t let that make you think it’s limited by any means. Their signature Charburger appears in a variety of forms – with different proteins, numbers of patties, breads, toppings, and sauces. I was especially surprised to see an ahi tuna burger and not one but TWO veggie burgers (one with their vegan veggie patty, the other has an Impossible patty).
Upon ordering, customers are issued a pager that both lights up and vibrates when the food is ready. It took much longer than I would have suspected from a seemingly fast casual establishment, but the food is made to order. This is most evident with the side dishes; our fries were hot and crisp. Most surprisingly, the tempura green beans stole the show. My husband seemed to enjoy the ahi tuna burger he ordered, but he took quite a few bites from my tasty Impossible burger. When we soon discovered they’d forgotten the avocado I’d ordered, the guy at the counter was immediately apologetic and set about making a whole new burger. For free.

I love Habit Burger, and I love the salads they have here. This is a nice location, and I’ve never seen one with a drive thru before a good atmosphere, and it is nice and clean.
Although, I was looking at the menu to see what to get, and the male cashier kept pushing me to be quicker even though there was no one on line behind me, which was very annoying.

Probably one of the best burgers I had since our visit to San Diego several years ago. The patty was thin but the char from the flat top grill gave it an unmistakable taste. We had some chicken and burgers. Burgers are the top choice here. Lettuce, tomatoes, fried onions and cheese with several sauses. They mango fruit drink.is sweet but very tasty. We refilled our drinks and ordered an addutional burger to share around our table. Parking was plentiful and device was super fast in relation to a fresh cooked burger. The also have tasty fries. Would definitely go back to try it again.

Was lucky enough to walk in for the very first meal service the day of their “soft opening”. Burgers were definitely on another level compared to your average fast food and better than a Smash burger or Five Guys. The burgers were big and juicy, fries were crispy and seasoned perfectly, but the onion rings were totally awesome! Has a drive through too.
Second visit had the chicken sandwich. Was probably the best I have had anywhere. I like spicy food and the sauce was very firey. You might get the sauce on the side or opt for ranch. Regardless, was huge, juicy and crispy. The chicken might become my habit.

The worst grilled chicken sandwich ever!
Chicken had 0 seasoning and the sandwich was messy. Toasted Butter on 1 side of bun and a slab of mayo on the other side. Gross!!!!!

Twice now, I’ve been charged more than the price quoted at the drive-thru — only to find out afterward that a tip was added without my consent.
Do I mind tipping? No. But I absolutely mind being billed incorrectly, especially at fast food, where tipping isn’t standard — and no extra service was provided.
This feels shady. At the very least, staff should tell you the full amount before charging your card. It’s not about the money — it’s about honesty and respecting the customer.
I won’t be coming back until this is addressed properly.
