The lady that took our order was very pleasant and very helpful. Appreciate the patience for first timers and especially not being well versed in the full menu.
The food was really yummy and was ready pretty quick. Very happy with our experience and I’m sure we’ll be back again!

I’m honestly so disappointed to be writing this because I’ve loved this place for a long time — the food is always great — but after tonight, I won’t be returning.
We ordered through the app and got the street tacos, which have always come as a trio (3 tacos). The app even showed 3 tacos per order, so we put two orders in the cart — meaning 6 tacos total. The receipt reflected that as well.
When the order arrived, we only received one box (3 tacos). My dad called to ask about the missing order, and the woman on the phone said we “ordered 2 tacos only.” That made no sense, because each taco is $4.50 and we were charged $9 for each order — and we literally received 3 tacos. When we pointed that out, she claimed the chef was just being “generous” by giving us 3 tacos.
That’s not only untrue, it’s insulting — we’ve been regular customers for a long time, and we know exactly how this dish is served. Instead of taking responsibility or offering to make it right, she doubled down and was dismissive.
It’s such a shame because the food really is good, but the customer service tonight was terrible. They’ve officially lost four loyal customers who used to order here weekly.

It is almost like they tried their hardest to make the food disgusting I’ve gone there two times now and I promise you I’ve never had so-called authentic Mexican food so bad in my life. I don’t mean to be so harsh but whoever the worker was that I dealt with was rude off putting definitely doesn’t need to be working in customer service. But yeah I’ve gone there twice in the food was absolutely disgusting

Regrettably my experience was not 4/5 ☆. I went to the location in henderson store#10 on Basic Lane, I wanted so much to “really” like the food. From the pictures on the Drive through, I wanted to order EVERYTHING, but unfortunately the actual food did NOT live up to the expectations. I ordered the lengua Street tacos and a ground beef burrito. I don’t know what type of “meat” was in each item but it was NOT lengua or ground beef! The presentation was nice but the taste was just NOT good at all. I even tried the red salsa and that didn’t even help the taste! The total cost of my food order was just under $30.00 and had to discard it. Mystery Meat for sure!! **Note: The older female employee in the drive through was very nice .***

A decade ago a friend recommended this place and I finally had a chance to go. It was a strange experience. The person at the register was not clear on the specials posted outside the building and even tried to argue about it for a moment. I asked if the grilled chicken or the carnitas was better. I was told they are both good. I ordered a carnitas burrito which was a special written on a white board outside. The cashier did have to go outside and check. I intended to eat inside but the atmosphere was not very welcoming and they had wrapped my food to go. My burrito came with a can of soda, I had to ask for the soda because it was not offered to me when I ordered or when I went to leave. The burrito meat had several large pieces of fat . I was disappointed with the size and flavor of the burrito. No salsa or sauce was offered. They had a salad bar inside but it was closed.

Food is always fresh and made to order. Am a big fan of both Rivas and Robertos although their quality usually depends on location but this place is excellent and consistently so. Have ordered everything from breakfast burritos to street tacos and you can’t go wrong. Don’t be afraid to be adventurous and order something you might not usually have.
