First visit as we were passing through and did not disappoint! Called in an order and ate there. Cashier guy, with a deep voice, was friendly and helpful. We ordered chips and queso (a must if you like queso blanco and fresh warm chips), carne asada combo plate, birria taco combo plate, and a shredded chicken quesadilla. All were yummy. Quesadilla was really good but a little too much tomato seasoning for my taste, but still really good. Asada and birria were really good too. It’s a tiny little place but worth the stop!

I wish we had these back in Texas because it was the best breakfast burrito I’ve ate in a very long time. You only need to buy 1 because they’re huge and the ingredients were evenly matched as one flavor didn’t over power another. So good!!! Will definitely stop there again on my way through Trinidad.

Small joint with a grande menu. We came in on our way to Denver. Not much seating inside. We ordered at the counter and sat (on freezing metal chairs). Come on guys, a little heat would be nice! The host was nice yet somewhat quiet.
The food came out quickly and was hot.
We shared a carne asada burrito (probably the best SoCal burrito this side of San Diego) and an order of taquitos. The salsa bar is nice, but only the green jalapeno one had any heat. The pineapple agua fresca was very refreshing.
This will definitely be our go-to Mexican when we’re in the area!

Great service, delicious authentic Mexican food. A little pricey, but worth, every penny. It is small inside about 4 to 5 tables but you could also enjoy your meal outside or order to go.Definitely recommend and would come back. Wish they had one of these down in Texas.

Out of any take out restaurant, I always find myself coming back to this little restraunt, which has become a part of our community. This place is good and consistent; I personally order a sausage burrito and ask them to add red chili inside, which they make sure to add chili to every bite. The burritos are also super filling; I sometimes have to save half for lunch!

Talk about delicious Mexican food in Colorado.. this is the place! We stumbled across this place and it was love at first taste. Every time we make the drive back to Texas we have to stop at Habaneros’ Mexican Grill its a must! Their food is so delicious. I could eat here every darn day. Never disappointing. Always fresh, hot, and fast and super yummy.

What a wonderful place to visit. It’s small but cozy. The staff is friendly and the food is great. It took less then 5 minutes to have our order ready. I had the steak bowl and they definitely give Chipotle or other burrito places a fight for their money. My husband ordered the fish tacos and omg they were delightful. The batter was finger licking good. They have a large menu to order from and they have a self serve salsa! The red one is the spiciest, green is just right and the tomato one is super mild. I also loved the chiles en vinagre. LOVED this place!

The was a cool tiny little restaurant to eat in. We are visiting from texas and stopped last night to rest for the night in Trinadad. We are breakfast people and as soon as we woke up, Googled breakfast places and this place popped up first. We were not disappointed. Their menu is so extensive considering it’s so tiny. There are only 5 dine tables!. I recommend the breakfast burritos since they are BIG!
