WOW, this place was absolutely fantastic. I can say these are the best tacos I have had in Mankato. The chorizo was seasoned super well and you know its good when your eyes open up super wide on the first bite. They had a really good sized menu too with a lot of good options. Perfect for the college students and anyone who lives in Mankato! I can’t wait to go back and try something else.

Painfully average and over priced, massively disappointed in the chorizo cheese dip it was almost cold when I ate it and I ordered it and ate it within 5 mins! Why would you not season the fries with the torta? So bland and gross… if I’m paying $15 for a torta I expect big portions, and if the portions aren’t big i expect it to be delicious and high quality. With the almost endless amounts of quality Mexican food in Mankato why would I ever choose this place over anything else? I live walking distance of this place and I’d rather get in my car and go anywhere else, honestly I’d rather go to QDOBA next door or the chipotle down the street…

I had the chorizo street tacos platter with rice and beans, guacamole and queso. It was absolutely fantastic. The rice and beans are sautéed with onions and peppers that give it a great depth of flavor. For dessert I had the chimicheesecake! It was unbelievable 12/10! Will be back often! Staff were incredibly kind and hard working. ❤️

There was only one gentleman that I saw working. I waited 5 minutes out front before he came from the back. I almost left but I’m so glad I didnt. Got the Quesabirria for myself and a kids chimichanga meal. Everything was delicious and we loved it! Great value for the kids meal and my son devoured it. The rice and beans were sooo flavorful, and the consomme was rich and amazing. I’ve tried many mexican places in Kato and this one didnt disappoint.

My boyfriend and I walked in, the front man went out back. We assumed he’d be right back for he knew there were people in the store as he walked out. Mind you, we were the only two that were there at that time. We were waiting there for 20-30 minutes just staring at their screen menu as the cook was playing online games in the back. Very unprofessional. We ended up leaving. As we were leaving the front person “all of a sudden” came back in and glared at us as we drove away. Was excited to try their food and now I don’t feel like giving them my business after that experience.

Excited to see a New Mexican restaurant in Mankato. Looks like a quality place to dine, but after seeing the menu online they have ZERO vegetarian and seafood offerings.. So sadly, will not visit. Too bad..

The workers are extremely nice and the food is definitely worth the money. It has good authentic mexican food. I’m planning on going here again soon.
