The icecream was good and the proportion of 2 scoops, one vanilla chocolate chip and the other strawberry, was perfect. Although the price was a bit high, the icecream was good and worth it. Definitely come to the Haagen-Dazs in the Smith Haven Mall if you ever have a sweet tooth.

I’d give it zero stars if I could. Paid $8.95 for a SMALL chocolate shake, asked if I could get whipped cream? That was an extra $1.75 . All the milk shakes advertised have whipped cream on them?? Will never go back Indian woman behind the counter has an attitude problem and is lucky I didn’t throw my shake in her face. The indian couple I’m assuming are the owners and are beyond rude and over priced.

Older Hispanic man at the counter charged me $18 and change for a vanilla cone with sprinkles and small strawberry with hot fudge. What a rip off!!! I ask if the price was correct and he said yes. I think corporate needs to know about this. I think they are stealing money.

Possibly the worst location in this mall, both owners are nasty scammers, you ask for one thing they charge you for another. They are greedy and undeserving of any customers. I asked to put in my rewards and he faked it telling me I didn’t have one, meanwhile when he’s not there an associate is always able to put it in and give me my free ice cream once I earn it. My friend asked and gave her a medium and charged her for a medium. My other friend went back, asked for a small, and he did the same thing, nether of them ever asked for the medium, when confronted he said its only a couple of cents more and therefore he did so. This man is incapable of any community service and this franchise should be bought by someone else.

Nasty Nasty people working at Haagen Dazs Smith Haven Mall. Indian lady very impolite, complaining that I asked to taste one of the ice cream flavors. She started to get angry,mumbling with nasty words to customers. They can not hire better qualified people, they choose cheap labor ??
She decided to over charge me, just for no reason. She made up the price and instead of ringing mini cone , she put the misc item for $6.99 and when I asked her to see the receipt, she said why and started arguing. What a shame, they hire this kind of people. They are not only nasty but they rip off the customer.

The lady at the counter is misleading the customer, small milk shakes are on the board at $7.32 she charging everybody $9.52. I noticed people before me asking the price after they paid. When I asked she replied with attitude they only have one size at $8.82. Thats something they should mention when customers ask for small and not force people to pay more.

I do also feel that the owner is somewhat rude but honestly I could not care a less because the dulce de leche shake is amazingly good. Yeah…it’s that good of you are into things of that type of flavor…
