STAY AWAY! I wish I could give 0 stars. We ordered general gao’s chicken and house lo mein, items that we have ordered from dozens of chinese restaurants in the past, including many cantonese and szechuan restaurants as this claims to be. Both dishes were absolutely inedible. The sauce doesn’t taste right and the texture is off on both dishes. The general gao’s came in a box and didn’t have any flavor and was weirdly chewy. And it didn’t have broccoli in it, even though she told me it came with it. We called and politely explained that we don’t like the food and asked for our money back if we drive back to drop the food back off to show that we didn’t even touch it and the lady refused. She said “we came to try the food” and it’s not her fault we don’t like the flavor, she even admitted that “the flavor is different.” She said “there are no free samples” and “the customer isn’t always right.” We asked to speak with her boss and she came back on the line claiming she spoke to him and he said the same thing. She offered to exchange ONE item for something different, not even both items. Absolutely horrible customer service and ridiculous prices. $32 for 2 small dishes that will go directly in the garbage. I’m glad I asked the price before ordering the large orders, because it would have been $48! Once again STAY AWAY and spread the word so others don’t waste their hard earned money on hot garbage.

I tried to order a couple of apps and a combo plate.But because it was new year eve they said I could not order it only had to be a big order I think that’s ridiculous.ive be a customer for over 30 years and now I will be finding a new Chinese restaurant to go to.and the problem is they don’t care find some were else to go

We went in for normally that cost 20$ but in total it was 40$ and for the most disgusting food and the palest chicken i’ve ever eaten in my whole life. it was not seasoned what so ever and no salt and nothing. it was the most disgusting ive ever tasted ever in my life.

I’ll never go to this place ever again.. way over priced. We got veg fried rice. Chicken wings chicken fingers. Pork on the bone.. my husband is now sick as a dog. With Food poisoning. Save your self your money don’t buy food from this place. What a waist of 95.00$. they will be getting a call in the morning. To refund my money….

I called to order pupu platter for 2 on menu it says 23.95 and a small pork fried rice. The person on the phone said you have to get large on new years eve. I agreed and asked for total. He said 52.00 I said why it says pupu platter is 23.95 and he said no that’s old menu its 35.00. I told him forget it. I’m so mad that they take advantage of us for one of our holidays.

This restaurant looks like a hole in the wall, but the staff is extremely fast, generous with the portions and very nice to deal with.
The prices are affordable and the food very delicious. The one issue with this location has to do with parking. Built inside a small strip/retail location with other restaurants, the parking is inadequate and is often full.
If you can, use their delivery service.

Did not bring what I ordered. Shorted on the shrimp on pupu platter. Rice had a weird taste. Usually very good. I don’t like to look forward to a rrstaurant that you expect to be good as before. Especially when your treating yourself & are very disappointed. Not sure if will give another try down the line. They are nice people but I’m not buying them.

I didn’t hear the person on the phone say it was $28 and I only had $20. He called me back to tell me I needed $8 more so I told him I would ask my friend. My friend said no, so I asked him to take something off the order, or give me my money back. He refused to give me my money back. Told me to ask another friend. I told him no just give me my money back because he was giving me an attitude. He told me it’s not his problem, he doesn’t care about my life, he doesn’t need customers with no money. I’ve ordered from this place plenty of times and never had an issue like this, the one time a mistake was made on both ends I get disrespected and disregarded. Hope his business fails.

We use to love this place, but food quality has slowly been declining. The last time I ordered, I got a bloody chicken finger. We haven’t eaten there since, and I can barely look at a chicken finger from anywhere else now.
