First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. Brought my mom, Joanne, to the Heartwood location and had a wonderful time!
Our server was very friendly and attentive. He helped us figure out what we were going to order and made sure to check in throughout. He came in pretty clutch for another set of guests when he noticed they were leaving without their to-go boxes and ran them to them.
We both ordered the Morning Meditation juice and both forgot to take a picture before stirring because it was so good!
We split the Egg sandwich and Chickichanga. I liked the spices in the meat, but it was a bit onion heavy. I liked the sauce that was on it and it went very well with the potatoes too! I very much enjoyed the egg sandwich! It was cooked perfectly- soft but not runny.
We also ordered an additional blueberry cornbread (not pictured) because it is just that good and it was very much worth it!

First time here today. I had the seasonal special Honey Chipotle Chicken Hash & Hubby had The Works omelet . I cleaned my plate! Sooooo flavorful! Hubby loved his omelet too. Our Server was Ethan, super nice guy and the whole staff was very friendly

James is the best server we’ve ever had! Out of all the locations, we like this one the most. Excellent food, service, and nice tables! We will drive out of our way to go to this location.

The food was excellent and tasty. The pancake was huge and flavorful. The service was lacking. Initially our server was good, then he had to leave which was fine. But we were not told that he was leaving and no one came over to take over our table. Everything else was good.

Got sat at my table right when I walked in the door. James has been my server twice now and he is great! Quick to be at my table after I sat, helpful, professional, checked back on me twice, and just has a very positive happy attitude. Food was great and restaurant was clean and nice environment.

It pains me to leave a negative review because I’ve dined here three times before and genuinely enjoyed the food. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was very upsetting.
While waiting to be seated, there was a woman with a child standing behind us in line. When it was our turn, the hostess skipped over us and apologized to the woman behind us for the wait, saying it would just be a little longer. I was confused but initially didn’t say anything. The hostess then grabbed menus for another table, returned to the front, and again began speaking to the woman behind us about seating, completely ignoring us.
At that point, I spoke up and politely said that we were next. Even the other guest confirmed that we had been waiting ahead of her. The hostess appeared irritated but eventually seated us.
The situation left me feeling uncomfortable and confused, and it was the first time I’ve ever felt discriminated against for being Latino. To make matters worse, the hostess was also our waitress, and we waited over 30 minutes for our food while the other table received theirs much sooner.
This was one of the most uncomfortable dining experiences I’ve had, which is especially disappointing given how much I’ve enjoyed this restaurant in the past.

My first time visiting this place and I loved it. It is clean, spaces with a nice decoration and the staff is so friendly. I ordered the Lemon ricotta pancake and it was very good, soft with a lemon cream that added a super fresh touch. My husband ordered the Chili chorizo omelet and it was perfect. I definitely recommend this place.

James (and everyone at the First Watch (Heartland) is AWESOME! My family is visiting from California and my father really wanted a delicious waffle! We arrived at First Watch and they were about to close in 4 minutes. James kindly said that they would be happy to serve us breakfast. The breakfast, and especially the waffle , was SCRUMPTIOUS! James was gracious and welcoming and never rushed us. We are visiting because we are attending a funeral. My family is very sad, but the staff at First Watch brought so much joy to an otherwise stressful and overwhelming day.
Thank you for your thoughtfulness today. You all were angels when we needed angels.

Such a cute little breakfast spot. Took my dad there after doctor appointment and we LOVED it. The strawberry tres leches French toast was to die for!! Can’t wait to go back!

I’m a fan of first watch and have eaten at other locations many times.
This was my first time at this location and boy was it disappointing.
Ordered sandwiches instead of breakfast around 1245pm.
The coffee was terrible and clearly hours old.
The Monterey club was underwhelming, dry, poorly assembled and was missing mayo. The honey pecan salad was way too sweet and generally un-appetizing.
The Ham and Gruyere was okay, but a mixup with the menu ment I only got a half sandwich(that was corrected and I did get the 2nd half)
The Italian soup was bland, but edible.
Our server was nice, and I feel this review reflects more on the kitchen than the server.
The only thing that was good was the Juice I ordered.
Ill continue to eat at First Watch but will choose a different location in the future.
