When we approached we had great expectations from the reviews we read. We walked up around 3 pm and men were smoking in the eating area, so I guess this was my appetizer. The lady in the truck was super sweet but informed use they were out of any chicken options, so we ordered a cheeseburger and fries. I then ordered the loaded crepe and was informed they were out of strawberries. When I took a bite of the burger it had a rubbery texture, one of a frozen patty. Now I can’t see in a food truck, but I have definitely had my share of many variations of burgers: frozen and fresh. The fries were really good: hot and crispy. The crepe was undercooked which because of this I only took one bite of it.
The individuals there were pleasant but my food was less than what I had envisioned and that’s what was there for.
Update: I am the wife and am an individual with my own mind and opinions. I understand standing behind your business but sometimes you need to digest constructive criticism. I am a business woman who excels in customer service and this response (and others) fail to meet what is needed for customer service in your business. I wish you the best with your ventures and hope you learn how to listen to your customers and adjust.

We visited H-D Burgers this weekend and we had a great experience. Their burgers are big and they have so much flavor and are very fresh. You can tell that Sam & Amy pour their hearts into their food – no one should go through life having to eat tasteless food and they are doing their part by keeping their community fed with delicious food and brightening their customer’s day with their sincere hospitality.
We actually have reserved them to serve their burgers at our daughter’s graduation in May and we can’t wait to welcome them to our home!

The hours listed are wrong,it’s actually Monday thru Saturday 10am–5pm. As for the food,it was terrific,we had a regular cheeseburger and the fries were chispy golden bits of joy,definitely coming back to try their other dishes.

Stationary food truck, tucked off Glendale Avenue. Delicious burgers, everything was fresh and flavorful. Fries were crispy. They also have rotisserie chicken and crepes for dessert. Limited seating, and they close by 5 but worth it! Hidden gem!

If i could give this place a 10 out of 10 I would. I ordered the HD burger and fries and let me tell you, this is one of the best burgers and fries i have had in a very long time. The fries are cut and seasoned perfect and the burger is top notch beef you can taste the freshness. I recommend if you are in the neighborhood stop and give HD burgers a try you will not regret it.

Dude!! I grew up in California and worked at In N Out burger for 5 years. Every shift we get a free burger, so for 5 years I’ve had in n out every day, and have considered it to be the best. NOT ANYMORE!! These guys nailed it!! The burgers are never frozen, evenly seasoned, and with the cheeseburger I got, it had that gooey cheese inside of the wrapper that I could dip my burger back into. Definitely would recommend for burger lover like myself

Absolutely the best food truck in town! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Everything came out right on time. The customer service was excellent; the team was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain the menu and all the options. You can tell they really care about quality and customer satisfaction. They also have a nice shaded seating area where you can sit, relax, and enjoy the meal. I highly recommend this place, if you are looking for great food.

This place hit the spot! Kids said “this place is tasty & has bomb food!” Definitely a must if you come to downtown Glendale., the lady was very sweet and welcoming. It is out door & we live in AZ sooo out to go if you cant take the heat either way. H-D Burgers is a must!
