First time eating here and the food didn’t disappoint. We loved to grill our own skirt steaks inside the table. And if you’re a noodle fan I highly recommend the garlic noodles. Wife had a local drink and it was pretty good. Nothing fancy here, just a regular restaurant, but some yummy as F food. I recommend the soy tare sauce to dip the steak in before eating it. Definitely eating here again at any location whenever it’s available.

First time at this location. The waitress was amazing; very attentive. The food was great, especially the garlic shrimp. Never had shrimp as big as theirs at other Gyu-Kaku locations but it might be a Hawaii thing since I’m from NYC. Highly recommended for the service and food. Mahalo!

Group of 5 and we all ordered the Premium77. After we ordered, the waitress pointed out they had no Kalbi Short Ribs. Then toward the end of our meal, we tried to order chocolate lava cake and were told they had none of that either.

We had a great time here for our first time. The staff is amazing, our waitress was very sweet. The food was delicious and for the price (we did all you can eat) you get quite a bit of food. My only issue was that the water had a strange taste. Definitely will be going back!

Be sure to book your table at least 2 hours ahead of your intended time. We went and called and they said 10 minute wait but as soon as we got there it was 45 to 50 minute wait.

It was the most disgusting restaurant I’ve ever been. During the meal, we found out that our grill was used by someone before us and never changed after. There were plenty of empty tables were available though. Also the plates, seats and tables were greasy. The server was awful and didn’t show up over a long time. Took forever to bring the food and drinks. Beef was okay but pork was inedible. I would never go back again. You’d better check out your grill before ordering.

We came for my other half’s birthday and had an amazing time (when the food finally came) the service was not good at all, but we weren’t looking forward to trying to find another place to eat at short notice so we stuck it out. As the food came we had many orders of things we hadn’t ordered so we had to ask to send it back because you get charged for things you don’t eat. I had ordered the garlic mushroom and asked to have it replaced 3 times because they kept bringing broccoli and told me to eat it, but who wants to eat something they didn’t order? The beef rib was very fatty and yum. My favorite is the bacon chips dipped in the sweet soy sauce as well as the bulgogi beef 🙂 the SMORES are basic but definitely the best after a hearty dinner. I definitely recommend the matcha ice cream as well (when in stock)

Great concept but service was disappointing. Nothing was explained and although what we ordered said it would be a 90 min experience it was more than 2 hours. They kept forgetting to bring things out and everything was just so slow. We had a party of 4 (2 couples) and asked to split the check in half. 20 min later the manager came by and told us they were having issue splitting the check. He said it was finally worked out. It took another 10 minutes only to find out the server just charged the same card twice. By then we had been waiting so long that we just decided to work it out ourselves. Nobody wants to sit and wait that long when on vacation.
