Amazing food. The best Mediterranean food I’ve had. I highly recommend. Large portions. They need to work on the service a bit. Food took a long time and it would be good if they checked in on the customers occasionally.

The food was really tasty and there are a variety of options. We got the cauliflower appetizer and it was very tasty. I had the beef shawarma and the portion size is good and there was no leftovers. Got some baklava to go and share with coworkers but the lunch portion size was just right! I will be back to try more of the menu.
Decorations are neat and a video plays with interesting cooking things going on like bread and baked goods. Overall feel is relaxed and service was polite with a smile. It was a little busy and only one server was kept daily busy.
Only cons were the music was a little too loud for an average conversation. It is a little spendy for two for lunch but food quality was worth it.

I am impressed with the quality and freshness of the food served at this restaurant. I’ve been to many Mediterranean restaurants and this place is one of the best I’ve tried. The falafels are delicious, the meat is fresh and well seasoned. The baklava come out fresh and hot. My fiance loved everything we ordered and I’m glad we tried this place. I recommend it to anyone that enjoys authentic Mediterranean food. Bring your woman here, she’ll love it lol.

Gyros & Falafel Grill in Windsor is an excellent spot for Mediterranean and Middle Eastern food. The menu has a great mix of favorites like gyros, falafel, and even some authentic Lebanese options. I tried the Lebanese Kibbeh, and it was absolutely delicious—crispy on the outside, perfectly seasoned, and full of flavor inside. The portions are generous, and everything tastes fresh and homemade. The vegetable filo bake and the gyros platters also looked very tempting. Warm service, fair prices, and authentic flavors make this place a must-visit in Windsor!

Completely awed by the quality of food here; it’s unmatched in northern Colorado in my opinion. You can tell the seasoning of the rice and chicken are from high quality spices. The olive oil is flavorful. The falafel are works of art. Make sure to get the magic hot tea, it cured my spirit. The sultan combo allows you a taste of everything, served on a beautiful tray elevated on little legs. Every sense ways delighted.

Truly amazing food and outstanding service. Today was the second time my wife and our two kids have been there and once again everything was absolutely delicious. I had the Turkish coffee (bold, strong, and yet smooth) and the lamb shank, which fell right off the bone and melted in my mouth. My wife had the Magic Tea (full of amazing flavor that was a perfect balance of mint and black tea with honey) with the Chef’s Sandwich. She said it was so tasty that she cleaned her plate, which she normally never does.
Lana was polite, genuine, and fantastic. She provided excellent service and even brought my son some water even when we forgot to ask for it at first.

As an appetizer we ordered the cauliflower and for our 2 1/2 year-old son we got the chicken nuggets and fries. They all came out perfectly cooked and crunchy. I’m talking from the humus and tahini sauce, to the appetizer and entrees, every bite was great! This place is a true gem in northern Colorado. Do yourself a favor and stop by for some flavorful food that won’t disappoint.

The food here is excellent! I’ve never had anything I didn’t like. Tonight was the Chef’s gyro plate. Cooked fresh, simply delicious. I also highly recommend the kofta. The hot tea is great and don’t skip dessert.

I am so pleased we only live a few miles from this restaurant. I’ve enjoyed everything I have had here. I tend to get the sandwich deal as it is more cost effective. The fries are excellent, the eggplant sandwich was delicious.
The magic mint tea really was magical and the Turkish coffee is fantastic.
Try it out- the folks who run it are super. Ice and the food is great.
And, btw, the tv cooking shows are fascinating and will make you want to travel!
