Our New Go-To Spot
We originally drove 45 minutes just to try this place, and now it’s become our regular spot. We come here at least every other week because the food is consistently amazing.
The gyros are always fresh and packed with flavor — tender meat, warm soft pita, and the sauces (especially the tzatziki) are perfect. The fries are crispy every single time, not greasy or soggy like other places.
And their falafel? Hands down the best we’ve ever had. Crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside — they absolutely nailed it.
What keeps us coming back is the consistency and the quality. The food tastes just as good every time, and the portions are generous. The staff is friendly, and you can tell they genuinely care about what they serve.
If you’re looking for delicious Mediterranean food, this place is worth the drive — and trust me, you might end up becoming a regular too

Great addition to Halidom. There are few places with this flavor profile on the South side. This location opened in October 2025. We went in for takeout and got a gyro plate with fries and a seven seas platter. The portions were good to large for the price point, the flavors were good, and there was a great mix on the platter. We’ll definitely be back. This is our new favorite at Halidom after Luze Mexicano.

Amazing food and excellent quality. The gyros are fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The vibe inside is great too — warm, clean, and welcoming. One of the best gyro spots in the area. Highly recommend.

This place has easily become one of my favorite Mediterranean restaurants. The food tastes so fresh and homemade — from the warm pita and perfectly seasoned falafel to the tender grilled chicken shawarma. The portions are great for the price, and the service is quick and welcoming. If you love authentic Mediterranean flavors, this spot won’t disappoint.

5/5 will return immediately! Spot is located inside Halidom Eatery. I ordered the seven seas platter with chicken to go and it did not disappoint. In fact I am obsessed. The saffron rice is delicious, the chicken portion is perfect, and the side salad and hummus are a fantastic bonus. Cant wait to come back 🙂

I had the Chicken Shwarma Pita Sandwich with fries. Drink does not come with the combo. The fries were great but sandwich was ok. I like Pita Mediterranean better.

Hands-down the best gyro restaurant I’ve ever been to – and their spinach pie is on a whole different level. From the moment you walk in, you can smell everything fresh and sizzling. The gyros are packed with juicy, perfectly seasoned meat, soft warm pita, and crisp veggies. Every bite tastes like someone actually cares about the food they’re serving, not just rushing plates out.
But the real star is the spinach pie. Flaky on the outside, buttery and crispy, with a rich spinach and cheese filling that’s flavorful without being heavy. You can tell it’s homemade! not oily, not dry, just perfect. Honestly, I would come here just for the spinach pie.
The staff are kind, patient, and always smiling, even when it’s busy. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and the place feels welcoming whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch or sitting down for dinner with friends.
If you love Greek/Mediterranean food, this spot is a must. Amazing gyros, the best spinach pie I’ve ever tasted, and service that makes you feel like family.

Mediterranean food is literally my favorite cuisine, and I’ve been to plenty of Mediterranean restaurants, so I know what it should taste like. I ordered the Seven Seas platter (chicken), and unfortunately it just didn’t hit for me. The portion of chicken was pretty small..it was mainly rice. The rice was soggy and kind of drowned in sauce, which threw off the texture and balance of the dish. The flavors didn’t taste authentic and the seasoning felt off. My food was also ready in about 5 minutes, which made me question how fresh everything was… Especially with me ordering chicken as my protein. I really wanted to love it, but I left disappointed.
