We sat at the bar to enjoy Happy Hour and was very pleasantly surprised by the food. Our lovely bartender Alyssa suggested the flame broiled burger and it was great. Plenty of room to sit, descent Happy Hour specials and a value on the regular menu will keep us coming back. If you haven’t been in a while it’s time to go back.

Tried out this restaurant as we were staying at the Holiday Inn Express across the street. The atmosphere is decent, we ate on the dining room side but chairs at the table were showing some definite wear. That’s the only negative I can associate with our experience. The waitstaff and food were excellent. My wife had a burger and I had the Cobb salad. I was really impressed with the food presentation and both items tasted great.

We were shocked at how good the food was in comparison to the prices and such a laid back environment. The portions are huge, the service was helpful and fast. Star of the night though was the Blackberry Punch. Such an amazing cocktail and a perfect welcome to the spring weather! Also don’t sleep on the chicken tenders – seriously and I’m not even a tender kind of gal!

Over the last few years, this has become one of my wife and I’s favorite local spots Hands down one of the best steak & cheese sandwiches on the shoreline. Besides the Steak & Cheese, they have a pretty wide variety of options on the menu. Basically a nice steakhouse without the crazy price tag! Ordered the Broiled COD dinner. Ate at the bar.
The fish was not good in any way. Was served with corn on the cob and a decent risotto. The bartender ended up bringing me a salmon to make up for the cod being a disappointment. I’ll admit the salmon made up for the cod. I’ve never sent food back in my life. And working in a restaurant I know how that hurts. I’m not sure if I’d give it another chance. I’m sure burgers and pub food is better. The service was excellent.
