Purchased two slices of pizza today. $2.50 each. Happy with the prices, tasted about as much as you’d expect. It was warm; that’s a plus!! Crushed Red Pepper flakes + parm were available to put on our slices. The man behind the counter was kind but disappeared after handing me my pizza. Where did he go? Who knows. Maybe Narnia. I would come again if hungry and in the area walking. If not? Probably not.

Extremely poor quality. Every part of this pizza tasted frozen (crust), canned (sauce), fake (cheese), or terrifyingly inexplicable (the slices o’mystery meat I received instead of the meatballs I ordered). This pizza made me sad. First that there are people actually selling this like it’s good pizza, second that there are people so deprived of flavor and freshness that they actually think this is good pizza, and third that I have to throw a whole pizza in the trash bc nobody wanted any after trying a piece of a single slice.
I know you get what you pay for, but when your $15 pizza tastes worse than a Lil Cesar’s hot n ready, you’re charging too much and doing too little.

Couldn’t even get into the door to get my order because of the ridiculous amount of people in building. Be ready to wait over a hour even if you place order in advance

Terrible customer service. Did not give the delivery driver all of items. Missing wings and S’mores. Blames door dash. The pizza was burnt and guyzones was burnt. Took no ownership for the problem of sub par food. Hung up on us. Needs to go back to manager school and learn some customer service. Door dash made sub par food? Never offered to remake food or doing anything to keep us as a customer.

No follow up. No response to review. Leadership failure. Door dash did show excellent customer service. Door dash should drop Guys pizza since there default to problems blame door dash.

I don’t believe the negative reviewers here. We love Guys Pizza, we don’t live in Kent but when we visit we always go to Guys. Is it the best pizza, probably not. Is it good, yes. Is it easy to get a $2 slice, yes. Are the staff always helpful and friendly, yes.
