Visiting from out of town and leaving the mall, I thought this might be a decent place to grab a quick bite for lunch. The meal plus drink was 13 bucks and change after taxes. Now maybe I’m reading too deep but there’s no way these tenders… that are the same size as an eye drop bottle should be $13. I mean the meal itself is basic fries and three tenders.. basic seasoning.. nothing really stood out except how small they were. I wouldn’t come back but to each their own.

I visited Guthrie’s for lunch and decided to eat in. The atmosphere was wonderful. Very quite and inviting. The customer service was exceptional as my food was hand delivered to my table hot and fresh! I requested a refill on my beverage and it was promptly addressed. 5 stars are not enough because Guthrie’s deserves 10 **********!

I went to this establishment after a long day at basketball practice which I don’t normally do but for the past 2 days I went and the the fist day everything was okay but he second day wen I went that’s when things got so unprofessional … I go in order 2 original box’s and I had 2 different set of fries as a customer I wasnt complacent.. I begged for either a same set of fries or a refund the guy told me “you get what i serve “ hearing this after I had spent 30$ at a fast food restaurant made me feel worthless .. couldn’t even process my response for a refund I just wanted to be able to write this response .. I had to beg for my receipt for me to be able to write this .. I felt threatened I felt as if I was to ask for a different set of food they would do something to the food .. I should never feel that was about an establishment.. I’m truly unpleased and would like to speak with corporate … I come from fast food I love worked at Bojangles for almost a year as a manager I know how fast food operates and the things I was being told I felt as if my face was played in … I want a refund

So. About 2 weeks ago, my best friend and I visited this establishment. Now because we needed to hurry up and get on the road, plus we had already started eating, we didn’t realize we both were shorted one chicken tender. We had the 4 finger combo. After we left Guthries , we went to Kroger for gas. When I got back in the car I accused my BFF of eating my food when she had the exact same thing lol. That’s when she realized she only had 3 also. Now messing up one order is one thing, but both of em? And they gave us honey mustard instead of signature sauce. You’d just think they’d hand the customer their sauce before one of a different taste. Idk, but I know to check my sauce and count my tenders next time. I was gonna give em 3 starts for food, but honestly out of the numerous times I went, this was the only time they messed up my order so… yea. The food was great to me as always.

So… This location open Sept 5, 2024… I waited to visited looked at reviews and today Feb 10, 2025 i visited this location and was VeRy Disappointed . Before ordering i look at some more reviews and they gave Guthrie up so i said oky I’ll try them. Now i order the Original Box w/5tenders coleslaw, toast, French fries and 2 sauces w/drink. I wanted Ranch. The young lady at the window has Phenomenal customer service . I got my order and could not wait to get home to eat. Upon opening my box i thought i order ChicKen nuGgeTs looking at how small the tenders were(look at my pic) i only got 1 sauce and a whole lot of French fries, coleslaw, Toast w/drink. The Tenders were fried really hard and did not have AnY season on them. They were so small i am very Disappointed not mad bc you don’t know until you try, even tho i went based on the reviews. The pics that they advertise are misleading as to the size of the Chicken Tenders that you get. I will not be visiting Guthrie Chicken again and I will nOt be recommending them to anyone… I feel as tho i paid 13.71$ for Chicken Nuggets a box of fries coleslaw, toast,drink and 1 sauce ♀️ ♀️

Chicken tenders are extremely tiny and not worth the price. It will take 3 or 4 of these little tenders to make up 1 tender that you can get at Bo jangles. The food was fresh tho.
