I stopped by Guthrie’s and had one of the best fast-casual experiences I’ve had in a long time. As soon as we walked in, the owner literally stopped vacuuming to warmly greet us and take our order himself. That level of attention immediately set the tone.
We ordered the Four Finger Combo, and everything was fantastic. The chicken was hot, crispy, and clearly fresh. While we were chatting, he explained that their chicken is never frozen—they marinate it for two days and cook it fresh to order. As someone who loves a good chicken finger, you can absolutely taste the difference.
Service was fast, the food came out piping hot, and he even snuck an extra tender in for us, which was a really nice touch. On top of that, the restaurant was spotless and incredibly well organized.
Great food, great service, and a place that clearly takes pride in what they do. We’ll definitely be back.

The food was tasty and hot, as expected. The disappointment and dissatisfaction came because of the 3.84% hidden fee for using a debit or credit card and the manager’s attitude. There is no notice on the menu board, nor at the drive-thru window. Even the receipt doesn’t identify the fee for card use. It took some effort to identify why the math didn’t add up; it was because of the card fee. I know that establishments are being charged by the issuing companies, and that is frequently being passed along to us customers. My problem is that Guthries of Senoia is not notifying customers that is how they are now doing business and give excuses of why they shouldn’t notify customers in advance of payment. When, I said that there isn’t any notice and that they should have a notice so the customers aren’t taken by surprise, the manager said, “the other Senoia businesses are doing that [without notice], including Crook’s who has been in business for more than 30 years.” What a sorry excuse of customer care. See attached receipt. I will not be back.

May i suggest using a brioche bun for your chicken finger sandwich to set guthries apart and offer the choice of your home made ranch dressing with tomato, romaine lettuce and either Swiss or American cheese. Just a suggestion to truly set Guthries apart from Raising Canes. The Raising Cane in the city of Chester, VA is the best in the country because their tenders are always crispy, tasty and just the right size. Your staff in Senoia is friendly and they treat everyone like family

Originally, I visited this location 3-5 per week. Quality tenders at a decent price.
Current day, they have changed their menu options and increased their prices.
Now, a four finger meal with one extra sauce is $15. Way too much. You are forced to order a drink even if it’s not wanted. Prices are way too much and I will no longer visit this location.

They let me down for the first time. Went to the drive through at 710pm Sunday, the published closing time is 9pm. One of the 5-6 people working said they decided to close early…. Best way to kill a business is un predictable hours. Change them if you want but don’t close early just because you don’t want to work.

As soon as I walked in I needed to use the bathroom, and the bathroom was EXCEPTIONALLY clean. Took about 5-10 minutes to order our food and for them to bring it to our table.
