SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE! We’ve visited Guthries before in other areas due to being a full time RVer but no location has been like this one. The staff was friendly, food was quick and hot, and we were checked on by the staff throughout our meal. ZOEY was amazing. She was working the drive thru and the inside cash stand solo but didn’t miss a beat. I will definitely visit this location again.

We ordered dinner to go from Guthrie’s in Rainbow City, Alabama recently. It had been some time since we last ordered meals from Guthrie’s so we were looking forward to the same fried chicken and fries we were accustomed to receiving from other locations.
We ordered two four piece chicken meals with French fries, toast and sweet tea.
The pieces of chicken we received on both orders were ridiculously small, the equivalent of two tenders. It would have been laughable had we not spent over twenty-five dollars for both meals.
Also, one of our meals contained a large amount of cold, overcooked fries and the other meal contained exactly thirteen fresh, warm fries which we shared.
Finally, one meal contained a piece of cold, stale-tasting bread but the other meal had no bread at all.
Employees should be embarrassed to serve such substandard food and the store manager should undergo retraining.
We will not be returning.

Food has gone way down. Chicken fingers barely the size of my thumb. Very rude staff. The girl at the register was lazy and rude. Took forever to get our food when others got their food, ate left before we got ours. Waited at the counter for over 4 minutes after ordering to get my tea. All tables sticky and food all underneath them. Management needs to step up and hire better employees.

Small portions. The food was okay. I had the chicken finger sandwich combo. I took the large top bun off and three chicken fingers fit within the buns. They did not extend pass the two buns. The sandwich included 2 buns, 3 pieces of chicken, ample bed of lettuce & secret sauce. The crinkle fries were amply sized & hot & meaty, too. The drink was a medium size drink.

Always good.. always hot…I don’t normally get sweet tea but cannot resist theirs. And the ice…yeahhh..they are my fave chicken fingers and sauce. Thr flavor of the chicken is unique and they are tender and not hard.

Ordered a 5 piece original box and an extra chicken finger with 2 extra sauces it was $17 total. Had a coupon for a $5 box. When the cashier gave me my receipt she only gave me 10% off which only save me $1.60 so my total was $15. I’m really upset and don’t know why she gave me 10% when the coupon literally said $5 box. I honesty don’t know why one box with an extra finger costs $17 anyways. The chicken fingers are as tiny as your pinky and they don’t fill up the sauces that cost $.85. This place is petty and if they gonna up the prices it needs to always be fresh, customer service should be better, and not screw people over that have a coupon.
