My family was very excited to see Guthries going up in Dora. When it first opened our orders were always right and the staff was amazing. The last two times we ate there our orders were wrong both times and the staff was not friendly. After sitting in the drive thru for a good while I drove off and noticed my order wrong again. I went inside and the lady at the inside register was rude and had me set there. I noticed two other customers waiting on items that were left out of their orders. I hope management fixes their staffing issues before this location goes to pot.

I came here the other day it was really good. The chicken was a little dry but good. I decided to bring my kids last night 07/6/25 around 8. ordered the same thing. I believe it’s called the original box, two of them. the chicken was so bad it tasted burnt. Half the toast was hard it was inedible and I ordered two extra ranch and was given honey mustard. I don’t think will be back I can’t afford $30+ for fries. The staff was very kind, gave the girls a sucker.

New ownership means cheaper grade of chicken fingers, way smaller than before. They loaded my order down with fries to make it seem like I had got a big dinner, definitely not the same Guthrie than it was when it first opened. Won’t be back

The food itself was dry and cold after I had requested them to make it fresh. I had to wait at least half a hour to 45 minutes and it still came out cold and dry! The workers were rude and short with me and my family. And there was all kind of trash in the bathroom floor and there was even p on the toilet seat!!!

Went through the drive thru tonight, maybe 8/10 cars in line in front of us and still had our food in less than five mins. Lady at the window was friendly, the food was awesome as usual, the GM even stuck his head out the window to thank us for coming by.
