Lemonades are made from fountain drinks, nothing healthy about them.
The atmosphere was good though, Christmas music, not too loud, and the place was clean.
Great menu, with plenty of interesting options that are clearly labeled for dietary reasons. Love that it’s simple, so you get to have some customization without having to think much about what goes well together. It’s a fantastic healthy option that leaves you not feeling awful afterwards like other fast casual spots. I also very much approve of the idea to swap chips for bigger portions — the chips are still great and reasonable at 75¢, but getting more of your meal for the same price is a win in my book.
Employees are fantastic, drive-thru is quick, bathrooms are clean (love the mouthwash), and this location in particular is great. Plenty of parking, nice interior, and a lot of space inside and out. I also love that Gusto is an Atlanta native, always great to support local spots.
The one area I would like to see some improvement is the fountain drinks selection. The bottled drinks are great choices, but the teas/juices (while good) are limited and stocking Coke products at such a health conscious place feels a bit counterintuitive.
All in all, Gusto is one of my favorite restaurants here!
The dining space was clean and inviting. It was not crowded but there was a family eating dinner at the circle table and two other parties eating. We were definitely pleased this time arnind and will return.
We saw this place being built and would not visit it. We finally went and found this food healthy and delicious! It was a nice change up from foods we are use to. I ordered the Chipotle Mango Avocado, grilled shrimp for my protein and half and half mix greens and brown rice. My husband ordered Lemon Pepper Ranch, grilled shrimp and half & half brown rice and mix greens.
My order was never prepared and then my friend came saying the same thing. We ordered about 6 plates, and my friend did 4. We both missed one – the last one was paid for, but never prepared. We went back to ask and then they made us one by asking what we had ordered.
Healthy food, which doesn’t make you feel bloated. Lots of space to sit and enjoy your meal.
I ordered a bowl with brown rice and the Queso Verde Queso flavor, and even though the rice portion was generous, the whole meal felt fresh, mild, and easy to digest. There’s no heavy cheese, greasy sauces, or salty overload like you get at Chipotle or Moe’s.
The ingredients taste clean, simple, and real almost like homemade food. It didn’t leave me feeling bloated or sluggish at all. I actually felt energized afterward.
If you’re someone who sticks to a well-balanced diet and is scared to eat out, this is one of the few places where you can enjoy a full meal without feeling like you “broke” your routine. It’s flavorful enough, but still light and healthy. Definitely a great option for anyone committed to clean eating.
The customer service is swell, and there is hardly ever more than a five-minute wait for food preparation.
Most recently I tried the newest flavor, Jerk Ginger Pineapple…yummy!
Update (1/14/24): My family lavished in more fresh bowls from Gusto today. We each tried something different…so many choices. The newest flavor bowl, lemon-pepper ranch is absolutely delightful
If you didn’t know..the half & half means half salad & half rice!
