I used to love Dunkin’ when their focus was on their donuts, but now that they have sought to be a general fast food restaurant, I feel their quality has greatly declined. I do appreciate the ability to purchase espresso drinks there, however.

Not my favorite Dunkin’ in the area. The service on the inside seems like it takes a backseat to the drive-thru. There’s not a lot of seating. And the location is terrible. If the drive-thru is backed up, anyone parked on the side of the building gets blocked in. Even once you’re able to back out, you can’t get around the line in the drive-thru because the lot isn’t wide enough. Perhaps whoever owns the franchise should buy the lot that’s for sale next door to remedy those issues. I’ll go out of my way to another Dunkin’ instead of going here.

This location of DD is usually swamped with drive thru customers, usually reaching all the way to NY-30 and wait times can be upwards of 15 min for a simple order. This isn’t the fault of the workers however, but a combination of poor physical layout of the premises combined with a heavier than typical influx of customers in the morning hours. I try to go before 7:30 am as it’s reasonable at this time, but after that til about midday it’s usually a long wait.
