Ordered a 10 wing & 1 topping pizza combo. It was.. fine. The nuggets were.. nuggets almost popcorn chicken in size & only received 8. I wouldn’t suggest ordering their small chicken meatballs, i mean their wings. They don’t taste terrible but, they weren’t wings. The golden sauce was yummy. Tangy bbq type of sauce. The pizza was fine wasn’t great but, not terrible. Like.. red Baron type of quality. About $28 and change was the total..

Everything was great! Except, maybe add some fun stuff on the walls. Make it feel like you want to eat there! Some music, more TV’s making it a Lil more inviting to sit and enjoy your delicious food! but the food and service was on point! Thank you for making our wings just the way we liked them!

Ordered delivery, I live literally across the street and the pizza was cold when it got to me. Not like lukewarm, but cold. The cheese was coagulated, not melty anymore. I’ve had issues before as well and staff are definitely less than accommodating. Rude, to be frank. This is the last time I order from Gus’s.

OK I’m editing my review. After initially tryinh them out when the first opened it was legit good, pizza and wings. But a few times after and something changed. The quality of the pizza went downhill, wasn’t as good anymore. Then about a month ago the grade for the restaurant went low, read the food inspectors reports about them not cleaning their equipment and finding roaches. It makes since, if they’re slacking then of course the quality of the food is too. Difinitely not trying them again. Good luck though if you do.

this place is a joke. ordered a pizza said 40 mins, called at an hour said it was out for delivery. nothing called at an hour and a half said it as out for delivery. called at 2 hours to cancel it. gus if you cant do what you say close up shop or hire more people. a 2 hour wait and still no pizza is ridiculous!!! save your time and money and avoid!!!!

Super disappointing experience. This was our first time ordering from this place. Ordered at 7:56pm with an estimated arrival of 8:37pm (the store was located 17 minutes from our hotel). Went down to the lobby at 8:37 to wait for the driver to arrive. After waiting 20 minutes I called to store to ask where the driver was. They said they were very sorry for the delay and offered to take some money off the order (which was very appreciated at the time) and told that the driver would be there any minute. So I waited. Another 20 minutes in the lobby and still nothing. Now 9:20pm and 40 minutes late. I called again and told them to cancel and refund the money. I got a text a few minutes later directly from the driver that he was on his way… which was infuriating considering I had been told that he would be there “any minute” and sat waiting in the lobby for quite some time now – remember, this place is 17 minutes away….. Long story long. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all. You’d be better off ordering Domino’s. They’d at least show up.

Order their family special, which came with 2XL pizzas with 3 toppings and 24 wings. The wings were so dry, they crumbled if you couldn’t even bite into them. The Pizza did not have any kind of sauce on it. So I will not be going back to this place. I ordered wings and pizza for my family tonight , ITS NEW YEARS. We ordered 2 medium pepperoni pizzas and 24 classic wings . We waited 1 hr and 45 mins just for it to be the wrong order . We got instead 30 HOT BONELESS with 2 SMALL VEGGIE PIZZA it seems like ?? I called the place and waiting to hear back . I expect a refund or something to get my money back besides DoorDash doing so .

I ordered online received a text withe time my pizza and 12 boneless wings would be ready and immediately received another text saying they were busy and it would take longer. I arrived and waited in my car for a bit I didn’t receive a test so I walked in, the lady that walked in before.me.ordered at the counter and received her food. .they didn’t look at my online order till I got to the counter to ask about it. The pizza was under cooked and the wings were done in. Avoid this Gus’ at all cost its a big b waste of money and time.
