Mike and I stopped in here on a whim. We never realized what an incredible place this is! Right away, we need to write that we are HIGHLY RECOMMENDING that you stop in here and eat their meals!
You can see by the photos that the plates are filled with delicious foods. The pulled chicken was a delight. The ribs are to die for!! And Mike decided to order the second plate of brisket (after driving 8 hours, he can have whatever he wants!) He’s barely uttered a word! The chef cooks the food for hours and hours on their smoker outside!!
When you stop in, ask for Ashley! She’s a ball of fire, with the utmost most pleasant personality! She’s given us so much info about many foods!! By the way, the coleslaw is her very own recipe !!
We truly appreciated Iman who took our order and was so pleasant to us!!

The service and atmosphere was wonderful. The BBQ needs some work. It was very greasey and unseasoned . The plating of the BBQ sampler was visually unappealing. The chicken and pork looks as if it was cut up into small chunks to feed children so they can chew it properly. We should have ordered the wings as that was what all the locals were eating. Those looks delicious! The best thing about our food was that it was priced right(meat platter was $29) and the tator tots were good! We loved the atmosphere and the service. Will go back try the wings!

We drive past here often and it always looked kinda… small. But we decided to give it a try after reading some reviews. It is a tiny place and we will probably do carry out next time, it’s more a bar than a restaurant but the food was PHENOMENAL. I am kinda a foodie so I’m picky and everything was hot and delicious! Fast, friendly service. The fried pickle strings were my favorite! (Even my fiance ate some and he doesn’t like pickles lol). The smoky barbecue sauce is the best! And the fries are the icing on the cake! Delicious like boardwalk fries! Will deff recommend to others and be a go to spot for us. My fiance got the sample platter and it was a TON of food, really reasonably priced. Highly recommend. If you’re on the fence- just give it a try! 🙂

Awful, one of my worst experiences at a restaurant.
When my boyfriend and I walked in, everyone at the bar stopped talking and stared because we aren’t from the area. We were wearing average clothes, and looked no different than anyone else- they just had never seen us in there before. It felt like we were intruding on a meeting of regulars, when anyone else walked through the door they were greeted with “Hello” and “How are you?”. [To the Owner that commented, I’m sorry you do not understand what it’s like to walk into this bar being of a different ethnicity and from out of town, but people were not as personable as you said. You said you “watched” a video, but do not know when I visited and weren’t present when the issue was being resolved. I know you are trying to save your business, but that will not keep me from speaking the truth.]
There was only one bartender to serve the entire room, and she had to do waitress duties as well. She served everyone at the bar a few times before we came to ask us what we wanted to drink, we waited almost 10 minutes for her to take our drink order. We were about to walk out at that point, and looking back we wished we would have.
When the food came, it was even worse. The Reuben I had ordered came out completely black and charred on both sides, with a heaping spoonful of souerkraut in one spot making it burnt mush. The order of fried pickles were received as barely fried cold pickle mush, with the breading immediately falling off.
When I complained about the reuben the bartender went to the kitchen, they made new toast and slapped together the sandwich again. It was brought to the table by a cook who dropped it with a loud tud on our table, saying nothing- gave us both a dirty look, and walked back into the kitchen. [To the owner who commented, it was sent back]
I wouldn’t recommend this bar to anyone of an ethnic diverse background, because you will get stared at, (at the least), for your differences. I wouldn’t step foot back into this establishment, and if it wasn’t for the regulars it wouldn’t be open. The staff was rude, the customers were distasteful, and the food was a disaster. This establishment was an overall disappointment that I genuinely wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

My family and I needed a late night restaurant for after my son’s basketball game. There are not very many choices of restaurants in Inwood that are open anyway, but trying to find somewhere at 9:15 pm was even harder.. we usually would go straight home, but it was also my son’s birthday, so it was a special occasion to be out late on a school night. This was the first time we ever went to this restaurant and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. It was very loud in there because it’s also a bar, but the bartender accommodated Us by turning the music down and we tried to sit at a table where the speaker wasn’t quite so loud. We thought that was extremely nice of her considering she had a ton of other patrons. We ordered wings because they were on special and they were ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!! They were probably the best wings that I have had in years and years and way better than any of the chain restaurants. We also ordered loaded fries and they were HUGE!!!! We ordered two and one would have been enough for our party if 5. This was a great experience and we definitely will be back!!!!

I’d give this place more than five stars if I could! Finally had the chance to visit after receiving a recommendation through the Winchester, VA Area Foodies group on Facebook. I had heard they had amazing steaks and noticed they had a Wednesday special so I paid a visit. When it came out, it was cooked and seasoned to the most perfection. It was extremely juicy, tender, and tasted like real beef, unlike many others I’ve had recently. The sides were delicious, and will need to try green beans since they were highly recommended by other patrons. Everyone was extremely friendly, and though we were visiting from Winchester, we made so many new friends. Very welcoming and friendly for sure, and prompt service from the kitchen and bartender/waitress. Drink options are plentiful and there’s tons of specials throughout the week. Another customer also mentioned a membership option with tons of benefits, discounts, and private parties. Wether you’re just driving through, are a local, or live nearby, you definitely need to try these folks out! I honestly cannot wait to try more dishes and catch up with our new friends! ❤️

I ordered the All BBQ platter for 2, with coleslaw, fries, and Spicy BBQ sauce. This is all the food they sent, glad I was not to hungry, there is hardly any food here for 28 dollars. I know times are hard but what they sent me was 3 ribs that were chewy, and difficult to eat, a small order of fries, two pieces of brisket (it was ok lots of fat but tender), coleslaw (look like it was in the refrigerator for the past two days horrible color and tast), chicken (that was dry) and water n vinegar for the sauce (I order spicy and ask for extra).

Stopped in simply off the reviews and was very disappointed. Hopefully it was just an off night but the mac and cheese was way over cooked and the meats were lacking in flavor. Sat for at least 10 minutes without being greeted and waiting another 10 for our drinks. Our drinks came over the same time as our food. You can tell it’s a hometown bar which is nice and the chairs are super comfy
