First off, some of these 4 star reviews are comical. “I’d give you a 4.5-4.75 if I could…” honey you’re not the queen of England, humble yourself. Some of the best meals I have had, have come out of this kitchen. Fortunate enough to have dined here a handful of times this last year. The food and service are always on point. I’ve never had to ask for an additional napkin, fork or even more serving crackers for an appetizer, they always just appear at the table when you are not looking. Hats off to Andrew and his crew, they are fantastic! Special shout out to Kyle, Faithe and Angle. Your inside contributed to an awesome dining experience

Fantastic food served in this establishment. The menu is small but there are options for all types of cuisine. Whether it is rabbit , chicken , pork, steak or vegetarian all were delicious. The hand crafted cocktails were perfectly mixed and presentation was exceptional! We spoke to a couple who had driven down from Omaha just to have dinner at Acre.. I’m sure they were NOT disappointed!

We came in a group of 7 for a work dinner and thoroughly enjoyed it. The wood grilled strip was delicious. The only think we were not crazy about was the pork croquette. pork loin was delicious! Jonathan was a great server – we loved his explanations and recommendations.

For a $75 aged steak, cooked to perfection, juicy, nicely seared and tender, I felt it needed some seasoning, rub and just salt and pepper. It was just a beefy taste. I had asparagus which tasty, my husband had the potato purée which was fabulous. The deserts are excellent, we select the lemon cake with blackberries and teaspoon of crème, buttercream cake with strawberries crème and sorbet. Our waitress Makayla was super helpful explaining and gave great recommendations. Very expensive and you have to buy the sides separately from the entree and the dinner rolls are considered an appetizer which were $6 for 4.

Opted for the chef’s counter for our first visit. What a treat. 6 food presentations and all were fantastic. The counter experience is great as you can watch the chefs prepare the food. Dinner and a show! Chef Andrew has a true winner in Acre. He mentors the staff and interacts with guests. Just go, best food experience in KC.

If you are looking for a nice place to eat with great food, Acre is the place. Prices are on the high end, but it is money well spent. I don’t mind paying more for food when it tastes delicious. One criticism I would have is that I asked for my steak to be medium rare, but it was over cooked. It still tasted great and I didn’t mention it to our server. Reservations are recommended.

What a great atmosphere. The open kitchen concept is really awsome. The service was phenomenal and the presentaion and delivery was truly impressive. This is a great restaurant for a special night out a romantic evening, or just treating yourself. The drinks were great and they offered a good variety of drinks to enjoy. They nailed my sea bass!

Really enjoyed the ricotta sweet peas app, bison tartare also good. Romaine salad is a generous portion. Ordered the pork chop but got the tenderloin instead. I was enjoying it and table conversation and didn’t even realize it till later on the bill. House pasta and sturgeon all great dishes too. Went with the dark chocolate dessert and it was amazing.
